Got two possiblities here for you.

Nurse Shark Coastal Patrol/Light Escort Vessel- The Nurse Shark was developed to patrol Grimdale’s coastal waters and go where larger vessels like the Franklin class cruiser couldn’t reach due to their deep drafts. Used mainly for anti smuggling duties, and coastal shipping management and emergencies, in time of war the Nurse Shark can be used for light patrol and escort duties. Despite it’s small size the Nurse Shark still carries a hefty bite for a small ship. The Grimdalian Coast Guard uses the Nurse Shark extensively.

Weapons-
1) Three 5in single turrets.
2) Two 20mm Phalanx close range defense gatling cannon
3) Two 20mm twin autocannon (manual)
4) Two depth charge racks and four depth charge throwers.

Equipment-
1. Active/Passive sonar
2. Air and surface radar systems
3. Radar detection system (Used to detect enemy radar).
4. Triple rudders for rapid, tight turns.
5. 160,000 hp engines with twin screws that are capable of propelling the ship at well over fifty-five knots.
8. Low draft hull
9. Extensive fire fighting equipment, including three high-pressure water pumps
10. Roll proof engineering means that the ship will always roll upright, even if filled with water.

Flying Dutchman Deep Water Rescue and Escort Vessel- The Flying Dutchman is a larger version of the Nurse Shark designed with a deeper draft and more extensive deep-water capabilities. Being larger vessels, ships of the Flying Dutchman class are more heavily armed than their smaller counterparts and are used by the Grimdalian Coast Guard for deepwater patrolling, interdiction and rescue. Specifically the Flying Dutchman class was designed to operate in even the heaviest storms in order to be able to go to the rescue of disabled vessels.

Weapons-
1) Six 5in single turrets.
2) Three 20mm Phalanx close range defense gatling cannon
3) Two 40mm twin autocannon (manual)
4) Two depth charge racks and four depth charge throwers.
5) Triple 21in Torpedo tubes

Equipment-
1. Active/Passive sonar
2. Air and surface radar systems
3. Radar detection system (Used to detect enemy radar).
4. Triple rudders for rapid, tight turns.
5. 185,000 hp engines with twin screws that are capable of propelling the ship at well over fifty-seven knots.
8. Deep draft hull
9. Extensive fire fighting equipment, including six high-pressure water pumps
10. Roll proof engineering means that the ship will always roll upright, even if filled with water.

Well, I am looking for a More...Modern/Near Future Frigate, Like the Defiance class but more Heavly armed. The 7th fleet is looking to get rid of its Ageing US Ships, Replacing them with New ships like the Zumwalt, Arsenal Ship, Now we need a Like frigate.

How about this.
The Constitutional Monarchy of Li Kam States is about to procure the:

Type 45 Daring Class Destroyer (mainly anti air, but easily adaptable for other roles)

Displacement: c. 7,350 tonnesLength: 152.4m
Max Beam: 21.2m
Speed: 29 knots
Range: 7000 nautical miles at 18 knots
Complement: approx. 190, space for 230
Equipment selected includes:
The Principal Anti Air Missile System (PAAMS), with the BAE SYSTEMS SAMPSON Multi-Functional Radar (MFR) (for surveillance and fire control) and the Signaal/Marconi S1850M Long Range Radar (LRR) for air/surface search.
SYLVER launcher and combination of up to 48 Aster15 and Aster30 missiles.
Tomahawk vertical launcher or 8 Harpoon missiles (2 quad launchers)
Other weapons systems include:
STINGRAY Torpedoes - helicopter-launched; 4.5" Mk 8 Medium Calibre Gun system; Surface Ship Torpedo Defence system.

Helicopter: 1 Merlin EH101 HAS 1

Smaller than current US navy destroyers and cruisers allow it to sail in shallower seas with better manouverability. New state of the art radar system, currently worlds most advanced - 2 specialised for long and close in engagemants. Great ASW capability in the form of the excellent Merlin helicopter, also can be used for anti-ship warfare - certainly beats the Sea King or Sea Hawk. Stingray's only rival is the American MK46. Brand-new PAAMS missile system for aircraft and missiles, no need for CWIS, but you could always stick one on - better than AEGIS and American SMs. Harpoon or Tomahawk both allows anti-ship capability. All in all, the best destroyer on the planet and due to enter service in 2 years.
