Well for a start get thos epolice cars you need. They're fast and look very cool. Go and get some of my .45 tactical pistols for your troops. You've got three major cities so I recommend you get lots of riot gear just in case. Bear in mind you have a large police force, so if you need to upgrade for cheap prices you're at the right place.
