The robots, not expecting such a fate, dart around and do their best to cling to the stomach lining of the cuttlefish's gut and pull themselves out of the acidic bile. Being robots, the radioactive qualities of the bile don't phase them in the least, but corrosion from the acid is a major problem.

As such the balls (i assume) bounce around the stomach until they hit the sruface of the bile where they fizzle out and are absorbed by the creatures disgestive juces*
