If Austar Union purchases it, we will help pay a portion of the cost (a half, quarter, whatever) and it could maybe be a joint research center?

31-12-2003, 08:33
Sure thing Soviet Bloc. I will bid for us. You pay 50% of costs.

Doujin Aeronautics also have the supplies for the following artist conception..

http://www.spaceislandgroup.com/images/DualLaunch/openscene.jpg These can be bought at 40 billion a station and launched from our State of the Art Space launch facility located in Xori, Doujin.

(note: If you wish to launch from our facility it will have to be paid for by whichever goverment for the cost to launch.)

So, who's buying it? :?
31-12-2003, 12:05
The 7th fleet offers 60 Billion Dollars.
Doujin
31-12-2003, 12:15
Hun, you are far to young to have 60 billion dollars.
31-12-2003, 12:25
I have questions about the Space Station.

First, what is the total personnel capacity of the station?

Second, will there be any type of ship sold with it that will be able to ferry personnel and supplies between the ground and the station?

Third, what are it's research capabilities?

Fourth, I would also be able to pitch in to share the research capabilities, but I do have $879,000,000,000 in my military budget, and I do desire this station. I am very willing to cooperate, and would love to work with you in brotherhood and research.

Thank you for your time.

i'm young but i have them.... but if you sell that station at that price you won't give the opportunity to all small nation, which need to research, to buy it.... so I offered 60 billion in 6 years, remember, you will leave in 8 years so the station will be paid before your left....
31-12-2003, 12:33
Ill purchase it at 75 Billion with space shuttle and landing pad, only if it can be converted into a Orbital research lab, with hydropaunics for oxegen and food. ( it needs to have a Hydro lab that supplies atleast 50% of the crews oxegen).

The one I priced at 50 billion can hold 500 people (it's a large station..)

The smaller ones, can hold about 50-150.

The cluster was designed to be a zero-g industrial center.

Botht he big and small stations have the effect of 1/3 Earths gravity.
31-12-2003, 12:36
Ill take the larger one. I assume it has space for new compartments to be added?
31-12-2003, 12:36
how much for the blueprints??
31-12-2003, 12:36
Can I commission you to build more of these larger stations for me?

Or perhaps I can buy the blueprints off of you? I will make it worth your while, as I am willing to go deep into my nations pockets in the pursuit of science.

105 Billion, USD.
31-12-2003, 12:53
105billion Oh ya and $1
31-12-2003, 12:54
Doujin, why are you selling it, JSP could make good use of it.
Doujin
31-12-2003, 13:48
(ooc: I'm moving future tech... and of course an out of date spaces tation is of no use to us, and we are already losing money as is - you want us to give it away? I donated 26 billion to the JSP. Not going to donate another 100 billion or so...)
31-12-2003, 14:02
I am still interested in purchasing the blueprints from you. Name your price, basically.

What do you intend to do with the space station?
31-12-2003, 14:25
Our country intends to use the first couple we build for research, and eventually expand into exploiting the resources of the asteroid belt, and use them as refueling stations for our deep space research vessels we intend to build. Let me assure you that it will be used only for peaceful measures.
