Whereas there is dire need for a coallition and alliance of communist, socialist and radical left-wing nations from around the world.
Whereas communist and other leftist nations are being threatened by other nations
However, should you decide to join, there will be no need to join any specific region, this will all be coordinated through telegrams and eventually a forum (should someone wish to create one, I would but I am both too poor and lack the information to create one)
There are already plenty of communist alliances, just ask Galdania.
I doubt many Communist nations around here will actually support a nation afflicted with such a severe case of Napoleon Syndrome. Don't wise off to more powerful nations, and you will have nothing to fear.

Power ball licking mode? I don't see reason to lick balls, whether they're my own or another person's. Yes, I was new once, but I knew my place, and I STILL do not mouth off to nations that could destroy me in a war. The party's tomorrow... well, technically today since it's 2 A.M., but my point remains valid. I already have a girlfriend who has no facial hair, save for her eyebrows and eyelashes. It'd be pretty scary if she didn't have that, huh? Oh, and I am enjoying life. Thanks for asking.
