I am announcing the disbanding of a number of Military Units and divisions.
1st and 4th Infantry division.
3rd and 4th Naval task forces.
3rd Red Airforce division.
The reasons for this are many, but the main reasons are, cost, size of country, resources and alliedship with countires that wont form alliences with a big military.
Instead we are going to form a 1st Defence Initiative with smaller units and this initiative will always be on a 90 minute call up.
In turn we would wish the international community to increase trade with us and we are willing to sell a mass of arms which will become obselete when this Initiative comes into effect at 00.00 Janurary 1st G.M.T.
We believe by doing this we can form more alliances and increase humanitarian aid to less well off countries, without having to worry about keeping ammunition stock to a full.
We hope the internation community will recognise this.
