The nation of sethesh, after many years of biological research has finally decided to upstep its facillities, we need 2-3 Large military Research Bunkers, preferably Sunken with Inbuilt defense. We require deep Freeze bays and an Expanse of biological Research space, living space must also be included.

We are prepared to spend 1/3 of many weeks surplus cash not spent at 950billion on these facillites, Information, Layout and price should be listed below.

After much work, our engineers have drafted this.

A: Main Entryway. Includes railways and hidden sniper holes to protect from enemy infiltration. The Causeway which leads into the main chamber can be contracted to choke the enemy advance in the event of an attack, giving time for an armed response and easier fighting capabilities.
B: Defense & Early Warning. Controls and monitors all anti-aircraft and external defense weapons, as well as early warning satellites, radar and any other technologies you wish to use.
C: Anti aircraft guns and missiles (sheathed and camoflogued) and early warning detection (satellites etc.)
D: Entrance Gun Turrets. Default 120mm Cannons, can be upgraded or changed per your instructions. Also camoflogued and sheathed in the rocks.
E: Main Elevator. Transports personnel and large vehicles. Large vehicles may only move into the vehicle stockade. Small personal transport vehicles and personnel may only move on to research wing. (this can be changed, but it is in your best interest as large or medium tanks will not be able to access research wing in an attack)
F: Vehicle Stockade and Armory. This is where all large and medium vechicles are kept when not in use by guards, soldiers or scientists, or whatever other personnel may require them. All weapons, armor and other military devices are kept here.
G: Personnel Living Quarters A and Recreational Areas. This includes 1200 small, 3 room (kitchen, bathroom, main room) Living quarters where upto 4 can rest comfortably. The main rooms contain television, radio/clock, computer, and two king sized beds. Recreational Area contains pool, tennis court, gym and weight room.
H: Personnel Living Quarters B. 2400 of the aforementioned rooms.
I: Research Level Elevator. All who enter will be carefully screened through eye, fingerprint and blood DNA tests before entering. Guards will be stationed at the entrance and exit of the elevator.
J: Main and Auxilary Freezer. Three levels in main, two in auxilary. To be used as you wish.
K: Research Lab A
L: Research Lab B
M: Research Lab C
N: Escape and area transfer tunnels.
O: Power Generator room. To be under heavy guard. This is where power will be generated and operated. Fitted to use any kind of power.

(The Prime Minister most sincerely hopes you will choose our design. Our economy is shaky, and the money would be much appreciated.)

Im fine with that, i just need an effective and worthwhile design at a maximum price of 300Billion a Facillity. lol

We can offer you $150B a facility which will come with everything but the custom technology you wish to use for research or defense or power. I believe Mekanta is interested in providing you with technology for it.

I beleive thats $450Billion to Tayricht and $150Billion to mekanta

How long will construction take?

"If the ambassador from Tayricht allows AI construction workers, we estimate completion of these facilities in three months. With Human workers, we are unsure."
