Senator James Columbous has brought it to the attention of the King of Arrat that the city of Arrabia does not have a proper sanitation system, because of this disease will surely spread throughout the city. The problem is the Holy Republic of Arrat does not have the money to build it. Taxation of churches has risen to 200% and robbing, looting, murder have all been common.
