YES. HE is the only nation that may be able to guess my pass as he's my mate. I was in Italy when this happened. Now I have been distroyed

I would venture that in this instance, given everything that happened, you can get away with ignoring the whole thing. Unless you said he could use your nation while you were gone he was hijacking, and thus everything he did means nothing. I think you can just pretend it never happened and move on.

I'd get on the mods to warn him about "stealing" other peoples nations.
It's simply not a good thing to do as he could have got you deleted under your name.

As it was not you RPing, you can ignore what happened the last 4 days you were away. His conduct is criminal.
