Will this be a problem?

Well, the yards can do it, but it'll certainly cost.

Akira Class:

40 Billion/ship

Ambassador Class:

46 Billion/ship

Defiant Class:

20 Billion/ship

Galaxy Class: (This is gonna be pretty steep)

300 Billion USD/2 ships

Intrepid Class:

40 Billion/ship

Prometheus Class:

50 Billion/ship

Anything else the yards could not handle. Keep in mind, the enterprise is one of very few of its kind. LRR ships are generally smaller and easier to build than their Star Trek Equivalents. The largest multiple production LRR vessel is about 450 meters long. The regular production LRR ship with the largest crew, the David Byrne class carrier, has, depending on its mission, a crew of up to 120. Equivalently sized Star Trek ships have, if I am correct, a crew (normally) of around 200 or 300.

That is why we use heavily modified homeworld ships as opposed to Star Trek ships.

the price will be 11,142,000,000,000 the money is being wired now. inform me upon completion of the ships. I have more than enough men to opperate the ships at maximum copasity. i want these ships fully upgraded and all the extras. spare NO expence, i will wire more funds as required. If you are unable to fully process this request you may scrap some of the Galaxy Class star ships for the more powerfull Prometheus Multi vector assualt ships. and i would like to be informed if you can create any Borg or Dominion Ships. Money is not an issue. if you cannot correctly complete a fully functioning borg ship, i will capture one on my own. if you can recomend any other ships that may be of use, please let me know. and i do require a fully functioning ship wide AI on every ship that in the case of a ship wide loss of life can take over total operation of the Ship and complete the mission and fend for itself. i also require that multiphasic cloaking devices be installed on all the ships. and i would like to know if you can create Transphasic Torpedoes and Ablative Armor. and if you can create a synaptic transceiver computer interface that can respond to the pilots thoughts. i also find it nessasary to have in my possition a chrono deflector, i require time travel. let me know what you can and cannot do for me. once again, do not worry about cost.

Would we be able to buy the construction rights to the Nova class Science ships, we have been looking for a replacement of our Aging science vessles.

Also in an Embarrassingly large spending spree of Government funds, the President Torontonias has requested a purchase in the Type-20, one one though, unfortunately his horison in the next election doesn't look too bright, which would explain the spree, looks like his Successor is going to Travel in style.
