My Fellow Galmorrans and fellow nations of the world, I wish to thank you for being present for Galmorra's...ending her isolation. We no longer wish to cut ourself off from the world. Seeking to become a better and wealthier nation, I have authorized the opening of trade relations to the outside world.

Also, on a further note, I have been informed that my nation has entered a period of financial prosperity which we seek to improve. Knowing that some countries may not be in the best financial straits, we offer financial aid to these countries so they may relieve their debts. Having financially-soluble trade partners is better then having indebted allies *chuckle*. Of course, we would seek to be repaid for our loans...but my Foreign Office can handle very kind repayment plans tailored to the loanee.

Also, we seek to purchase new land for our burdgeoning land. We would like to also open up possible avenues for purchasing land from foreign countries.

OOC: Is this the second thread of this subject? There was one earlier by you that I posted in, but it doesn't show up on my ego search, and I can't find it. I don't feel like retyping up the post again, so I'll just summarize.

IC: We would like to purchase land in your nation for the building of a starport. Facilities we would likely build on the land are a hotel, landing and maintainence facilities for starships, worker housing, an embassy, and a small garrison for a security team. If the port is successful then it will likely grow. (Doesn't really matter all that much if you are modern tech or future, money is money.)
