There are several announcements I have to make, OOC and IC. First, the OOC:
There will be some periods of time in which, chances are, I will be totally absent on the forums. These periods of time would be sometime in the middle of March, late April and all of May, and the first half of June. So during that time I will gather an enormous amount of miltary money which hasn't been spent...just a heads up, I'll have several large sprees again :). I'll still be able to go on NS, just not on the forums so much. I think.
IC:
The Defense Minister of the Zoogie People has looked at his armed forces dossier and noted several problems. The air force isn't consolidated. Going through a list, he will decide to purchase more of some aircraft (make your offers here, include prices and link :P) and sell of some, either for scrap or for some new nations who want to use them.

JF-20 - probably need a little more in the future
EF-2000 - will need more
MiG-25 - all set.
RF-11C - don't need any more
F-35A JSF - probably will need more
MiG-35 (1-42) - all set
F-22A - will need more
F-16C - Have 510; probably need to sell two or three hundred
F-15C - Have 15...either convert to research or sell
F-117 - Will have 22 in six weeks...probably need to double or triple that in the next six weeks
MiG-29M - Have a lot; probably will need to sell off a couple hundred
B-52H - Will have 30 by six weeks' time, may need more or may need to sell
B-2A - Have enough for at least a month
Tu-95 - May need twenty more
KE-1UAV - Have production rights and enough
Su-37 - Might need a little more
Su-37 R-type Attack - Might need more (Raysia)
DF-120 - Not sure
C-17 - Not sure, is around 40 enough?
C-5 - Will definitely need more
F/A-41 - Have enough
Skullz B-6 - Might consider in the future.
