The IDF's Foreign Military Goods procurement board has decided to place the following order request for Sniper Country goods:
1: Production Rights and Plans Set for the APKWS
1: Production Rights and Plans Set for the Hydra XXI
40: Omegalite 4.0 Carbiners (10 units/type) for testing, with an option to obtain 120,000 more units (ratio TBD)
2: V-33 Vigilante units for testing, with an option to obtain 28 more units.
1: SECO Ship for testing, with an option to obtain 9 more units. One unit will be used for test-integration of self-defense AD systems.
We appreciate the high quality of goods that you have here to offer and wish you the best in your enterprises.

Bah APKWS is so old hat, what you really want is Crookfur's APKWS II (basically uses millimetric wave seekers to take advantage of the massed fire capability, of course currently the launching aircraft needs at least a longbow system or similar but i'm working on a weapon-launcher complex similar to brimestone for it).
if you need any help i have a thriving arms manufacturing industry and would be honured to build weapons on contract for you.
and labour is no problem as there seems to b a few homeless that my millitary are sweeping up and putting to work

We fin your developments highly interesting and our defence, aerospace and Marine industries would be interested in joining this venture, obviously we are highly experienced in the field of defence systems (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=74809)
As of now however we would like to purchase the rights to produce the APWKS System for the Hydra rocket, but we enquire as to whether this would be compatible with other calibres of fin stabilised rocket such as Russian calibres, several of which we still use.

I would however be very intrested in purchasing plans though for those AT-AT walkers as you could imagine our speciallity is navel craft(and Fine specimine at that so could we please purchace:
1 ATAT walker and a specification analysis diagram(so that we may build our own)

The claimed stats fit very well with our tests and we have been amazed by the versatility of your systems. While some models will require some WA modifications for our intended uses, we will share any data from modifications along with plans and design notes with you when such changes are completed.
Our tests of integrating a short-range air defense (SHORAD) system into the SECO ships have been positive and we will share information as it becomes available.
In light of this, we would like to execute our options for:
