Hallal a great nation experienced a disaster when one of its new orbital space weapons back fired and destroyed the whole of the North of Hallal but not hitting the King or the military in the South. Hallal is in a mess and we need help to rebuild it. I ask help from anyone who is willing to help. Practically the whole of Hallals population is in the North and the nation is so small it is no longer recognisable. I ask for help from anyone else who has experts in cintomic disasters such as this. We think that the satelite was tampered with by a spy from the Canadian Hemisphere, a region that has always hated Hallal for no real reason. Thank You for your time.
