Hello leaders of the world. It has come to my attention that the selling of Weapons of Mass Destruction, Nuclear especially is on the rise. I fear this because the main consumers of these products are newer, and rogue nations, who may pose a threat to other nations on our already turbulent planet of Nationstates. So with this in mind, I have met with several of my advisors, and come up with the idea to hold a world conference which is agianst the profiliation of Nuclear Weapons amongst New and Rogue Nations.
All nations of this world will be affected by these talks, so I suggest that every nation who recieves this message to send a delegate to this conference. The summit will be held in the Austar Union, on Manakar Island. Security and accomadation will be provided to all delegates. All delgates attending will be expected to arrive 24 hrs prior to the meeting start time.

OOC: To all Nations sending a Delegate:
I havent set an official date just yet, but my intentions are early to mid January. When a treaty is formed, it will affect all nations, signed and unsigned. The treaty will be formed out of all the attendants voting on issues arising out of the conference. If you want to attend, i suggest you post below, because the summit itself will have a guest list conating all those who post below sending a delegate. I will PM all attending nations when the talks begin.
