Cayan Voice of the Worker report,

This morning soon after a meeting between El Presidente and the Cayan Foreign Affairs Minister a car-bomb was set off in Revolution Square a few hundred metres outside the Presidential Palace. 20 people are confirmed as dead and another 30 injured.

As of yet it is unknown whom is responsible for these attacks, but prime suspects are Hutu, Hattia and also Presgrief all of whom are currently in disagreement with the Cayan government. El Presidente has sworn that whomever is respnsible for this incident will pay "with their blood!"

Hattia has nothing to do with these attack, our nation was recently attacked by terrorists also, and the ones that attacked Cayo might be the same ones. In the meanwhile, we send our condolences to the victims.

Wengard feels that it may be connected with the recent conflict in Jaru, and will investigate into that.

In response to the recent terrorist attacks I wish to make clear that we will not point fingers until we have gained sufficient evidence to show whom is responsible. We thank all whom have given their condolances.

The Kingdom of Austica sends its condolences to the people of Cayo. No nation should have to bury its citizens due to the evil acts of minority groups who seek attention.

Austica hereby offers diplomatic support to Cayo, and the Government wishes to confirm that Austican Intelligence forces are seeking information of the bombings, and will endeavour to transmit the details of these investigations to Cayo.

Wengard confirms with intel that neither Hattia nor Jaru had any part in the recent terrorist action.
