People of the World,

In recent times my small island nation and myself have been subjected to ruthless criticism and threats. I wish to formally address this issue.

Firstly I want to say that I have never supported terrorism and have in fact taken major steps to eradicate it from this island. My Revolutionary force I wished to exports abroad was solely to help support socialist revolution where it was taking place and help socialists have their voice heard.

Secondly my nation is not unstable, in fact my nation's economy has become stronger and civil rights have improved under my rule. Every man, woman and child recieves free healthcare, education and pensions, and the weapons of mass destruction that were possessed by the dictatorship before me have been reduced greatly.

I have made mistakes whilst in power, but I have always put my people first, history will absolve me!

Meramoso would like to recognize this statement as well as agree with you. In light of your decision to sever ties with Hutu and Hattia, Meramoso would like to offer a hand of friendship to Cayo.

Statement to Meramoso from El Presidente Babooska,

Dear friend,
Your offering of friendship is greatly appreciated by the Cayan people. We accept your friendship and hope that Cayo and Meramoso will have a productive relationship in the future

In recognition of it's alliance with Meramaso, Wengard would also wish to extend a friendly hand to Cayo if it should require it.

Once again, Cayo gives thanks to Wengard and accepts her friendship. I sincerely hope the future will provide a productive relationship.

Seeing as how we are all allies now, Meramoso would like to invite Cayo to move to the region occupied by Wengard and Meramoso: the Antorian Alliance.

After discussing your offer with my cabinet I have decided to accept. However I ask you as your new friend and ally to accept a few terms,

1- Cayo be allowed to retain her small nuclear arsenal for defence only.

2- Cayo be allowed to remain a socialist state and govern in a socialist manner.

3- Cayo be allowed to decide her own foreign policy.

If these terms are acceptable to your friend we will move to your region and should you or your allies find yourslef in a state of war with any nations we will support you with our humble might

I believe in peace, I believe socialism should be peace. With this in mind I have today allied our island with Wengard and Meramoso. I have realised that the true nature of socialism os to co-exist with our neighbours in peace and friendship. Although our new friends and allies may not consider themselves socialist, they have offered a hand of friendship to us and it would be foolish of us to refuse.

LET A NEW DAWN OF PEACE AND PROSPERITY FALL UPON OUR ISLAND AND HER PEOPLE! LONG LIVE THE SOCIALIST REVOLUTION AND LONG LIVE PEACE ON OUR ISLAND!"
