The Empire of Corvida is an archipelago and, as such, has only a limited need for ground assets. The Coridan Imperial Forces maintain a philosophy that our defence forces need to be as mobile as possible.
To this end, the CIF army is composed of light mechanized infantry supported by artillery and anti-aircraft. The air force and navy will need to be much more extensive. In fact, the vast majority of CIF assets will be aircraft and boats.
In setting out to construct a defence for Corvida, the CIF offer limited contracts for helicopters (transports and gunships) in what will be the first of many future purchases.
