Although Raysia has been using this for some time, I never really posted anything on it... and I never had a name... but it had been in de facto effect.

All of Raysia's Military vehicles (air and ground) are equipped with a computer that links them to the "Brother" program... a Global network of Raysian Sattelites, spy craft, UCAVs, AWACS, Cyphers, Security Cameras, Radars, SOnars, Thermal imagers, etc etc, and basically anything else that could share info on a battlefront, or in daily happenings and patrols.
Brother works very simply, much like a private internet, where everything with a sensors package of some kind shares their information with everyone else. For instance, an AWACS UCAV carrier could deploy a wing of planes. Now, that AWACs carrier is also receiving data from sattelites above, and giving that info to the pilots. At the same time, those UCAVs are off on their own, covering their own territory, and sending back data about what they see. Everyone knows precisely where everything is, through triangulation and collaboration.
One of the more complicated functions is the advanced imaging program (usually carried on a AWACS) that can take radar and electronic intel and camera shots et cetera to make a visual layout of a battlefield and send it to all the pilots or ground troops.
This also works well when programming unpiloted UCAVs, because you could easily plot a course through a near-perfect map of whatever battlefield you are in.
Another good thing about Brother is its ability to recognize friendly fighters and troops via transponder codes. This reduces friendly fire casualties greatly.
This Battlefield internet is useful in more ways than I could possibly explain all at once, but just imagine full hive-minded collaboration.
In civillian territory, Public cameras and police Cypher Drones keep a careful watch on everything and everyone, able to see everyone at once, and run a background check on anyone instantaneously, by keying in on their Encoded Bioring signatures.
These systems are included on nearly every RMT product, especially the UCAVs and spy planes. Whether or not you choose to use this system in battle is up to you, but we love it, and I don't know what we would do without it.
