Scuds aren't that great (not accurate)
Hattia has a few old Scuds, you can have them since we don't need them.
I have one SCUD, but you can't have it. I keep it around to thwap idiots upside the head with. It's not defused, so maybe I should find a less volatile thwapper. :?

I have some old scud lauchers and mobile scud launchers
(And i think the point of scud launching is to take out the large enmey troops with bio weapons not nesasarily there bases)
Well does anyone have any ICBMs I could have for free also?. My country is tiny and if a big Capitalist country wants me out of power I want them to know that I have my finger over a red button.
Your nation is way too small to support ICBMs, though if you are threatened, Hattia has lots of fingers over lots of red buttons. :D

Believe me, just send out an distress signal to several other communist nations, and you will be protected for the most part. Again, although we have no WMDs, we have an pretty good military and several other communist nations have the epithamal red button.

The people didn't want me at first, but they've changed. The last puppet election I held resulted in the other candidate's assassination. :shock:

OOC: When I did a paper on the First Gulf War it said that SCUDs need a land line to get the targeting information. This happered their range and moblity.
