As I have said before, Cayo has a small stock of chemical and biological agents. These were not attained by myself or my government, but by Cayos previous dictatorship government. These were supplied by the USA for defence against Cuba.
Now, we are a socialist nation, and I have decided with the support of my government that these weapons are no longer neccessary. Over the following months 50% of our Chem/Bio arsenal will be distroyed under UN supervision. The fate of the other 50% will be reviewed at a later date.
We will retain our small nuclear arsenal for defence purposes, this will not be reviewed in the forseeable future.
