Today at a hearing on the controversial subject of "Flogging" criminals. The court has found it legal for the flogging of a criminal to take place in public, and at the view of any prieing eye. Local Rangers say that " 10 years of jail is not worse then a public flogging, a public flogging will deter criminals not do it again because of the embarrassment of many people watching." There will be a special place for flogging the criminals. All criminals must drop their pants, and receive their punishment. Depending on the severity, the criminal will be flogged 1 time, or up to 16 times. The criminal will receive a flogging every week intill he has served all of his floggings. A first or second degree crime will be ruled out for flogging. The utensil to flog will be a whip, paddle, or for the most notourious, a mace.
