Due to The Free Land of Kensei's poor military funding, the leader has come under some criticism that he cares not of the security of his country.

He responded to the critics.

"Of course I care for my people, just look at our funding in policing and social welfare, Kensei is a near utopia compared to some lands."

An angry protestor, Commander Roger Wiggins of the now defunct 7th regiment of Kensei responded to the claims.

"Sure! We can stop our own people from commiting atrocities, but what about the foreign lands? They are practically free to come and blast us into oblivion if we do nothing soon! We need action now Mr. Leader!"

The leader then assured Commander Roger Wiggins that he would take action.

Weeks later, reports came through that Mr. Leader of Kensei has still put put most money from the budget in social welfare spending and practically none for the military. But also has laid out claims that he has pleaded to the rest of the world for any nations to ally Kensei in case of warfare on said nation. With the Kenseian economy at the moment being strong, financial benefits of which shall be discussed in the near future, shall be given.

So does anyone wanna protect the nation of mine coz quite frankly, we can't be bothered to? :wink:

If you move to the Kingdom of the Midlands, I can give you all the protection you need, including new technologies, patrol units (with your permission), money donations, and natural resources. Just t-gram me if you are interested.

Mr. Leader of Kensei is said to be happy with the proposals set forward by Euroslavia and is awaiting furthur information from a reply from a sent telegram sent by Mr. Leader himself. It is said he has also granted permission for patrol units to be given when need be. In return, Mr. Leader will give the leader of Euroslavia a small batch of gardening magazines for the generosity.

I am honoured to join a respectable region such as yourselves, looking at your current nations, they seem like a jolly lot. Mr. Leader would also like to commend the welcome recieved from Euroslavia.

Mr. Leader conducted a press conference last night declaring the move to The Kingdom of the Midlands.

"Yes, I am very pleased we have carried out this manouvere in the short time it took, it should keep Commander Wiggins off my back for a few months at least..."

A journalist asked a question about what he will do from here.

"So what will you do from here?"

"Well good question Mr. Jouranlist.. oh Miss... ever so sorry... yes well now that we have our arses covered from any unfortunate attacks from rival nations we can sleep safe at night that we can count on the rest of the region to do the dirty work for us. Might seem harsh and unfair I know but please... think of the trout for moment will you?"

The press at the conference all nodded and agreed with Mr. Leader and exited the conference room happy. Here's to a successful alliance with delegate of The Kingdom of the Midlands and all it's member nations. :D
