'Hello by fellow nations. Today, i would like to propose a plan of an international space defense program. This program would keep participating nations safe from many space dwelling disasters, e.g meteors.
The program could ensure the nations who contribute could research a number of different defense types that could protect themselves and thier allies.
The money you invest would be for YOURSELF to develop a defense system. When all of the contributing nations have completed thier program, a series of other systems would be solely funded and created by The Kingdom Of Milinta which would connect all of these defense systems together. This then would protect ANY of the participating countries.
