Come join the Treaty of Independent Nations. The goal of this organization is to bring tolerance of other nations no matter their regime or beliefs. All nations, including dictatorships, are welcome (provided that they do not push any ideology, are a threat to anyone, or refuse to tolerate any and all countries)!
