I currently need some assasins to kill a group of trouble makers in my country-they are beginning to rebel, yet I cannot take military action against them or the public will learn that I a worried about being overthrown and they might when they learn that.

They were just a minor industry that talked about my country as if overthrowing it. I was going to take half of them make them torcher the others to death, but i was busy-and now they've gone to far. They have weapons caches all over the city-maybe an assasin to locate and find their leaders would help my efforts

I can bomb the cache myself, but I don't want civilians to see such drastic military measures against something they have never seen.
