The prime minister of Milinta spoke out today.

'After a routine resource check, a huge uranium mine was found in the south west of Milinta. We would like all countries to know that this will be used to produce WMD and other useful weapons. We must stress that we will not act as tyrants with this power.

We hope to make Milinta a rich nation by selling some of these bombs and bringing in some extra cash. This will give our citizens a better lifestyle.

I have one question:

What is the bloody point?!

I buy ICBM's but only with conventional warheads, I mine Uranium but only for power.

There really is no point in making nuclear WMD there are chemicals that do the same damage but leave out the radiation bit that could spread to your country.
