With the recent purchase of four factories to produce Eurofighter Typhoons and a seperate purchasing plan for 300 F/A-17 'Snake' (I think that's the name of it, yes) fighters, it has left many parts of ASW funding left blank. The heart has been gutted out of education and international medicare, which was already running slim due to the nations extensive emphasis on military. What can be said now is that with the remaining money in the banks (OOC: I sold Pergatorio, my old nation, to Klonor once upon a time... and I spent that money fast in research for my region and not even the byproducts sold) barely pushing 50 million, ASW is doomed to debt unless it can pull out.

To this end, ASW is reqiesting loans and donations so the nation can regain its feet. All offers are appreciated.

The Armed Republic of Elizabethshire, being so very wealthy and so glorious has investgated you for the possibility of loans, so the Armed Republic of Elizabethshire offers you a one time Loan of Seventy-Five Million Elizabethshire Credits provided.

While ASW officials are leery of how Zoogies has obtained 5 billion whence being so young, we accept the donation with much thanks.

As for the offer proposed by Elizabethshire, we can fully assure you that we intend no hostilities towards you, that an embassy for you will be built, and that we will not use the money for military construction.

The first 5 million will be put towards the building of an embassy.

If you would consider it as an exception to the third term, we wish to use the remaining 70 million to finish a signed contract between us and the nation of General Ramirez where I am to manufacture a bunker for his defence in upcoming combat.

If it is not agreed upon, then the money will be sent to currently fund the research into creep moss and IL-4 which is sucking coffers dry all over ASW.

ASW...my colony has a national budget of around 800 billion. We have some to spare, since for the first several weeks of both my nation and my colony's lives, there was no military spending...not even on producing domestic tanks, aircraft, etc...only to train and recruit troops and guns.

What economic plans have been put into place to prevent a recurrence of the situation, surely ASW does not intend to rely upon the generousity of the international community? Furthermore, our economists inform us that the money has been pushed straight into the bottomless pit of R&D. Does this not further unbalance the economy of ASW?
