Alright, son, let me give you a rundown on war: YOU DON'T DECLARE WAR ON PEOPLE FOR NO REASON! Just because somebody has a bad government system you don't like doesn't mean you declare war on them, otherwise I would have declared war on all democracies already! Here's what ya do...

Firstly, wait until you're about 100 million people, then start buying weapons for an army. Also, get some RP experience in non-violent RPs unless you're THAT confident you'd win. Next, select a nation... get on this nations' nerves, and write a bit of libel about them (things they never did that would justify a war) or write something they did do that would justify war! Next, post a thread explaining your reasons for war, evidence of what transpired (or didn't), and state quite formally and ICly that you are going to war!!! Here is an example...

Topic Name: Closing of the Midlonian Uranium Markets

Recent events have led the nation of Midlonia to sell weapons grade uranium to young and volatile nations with absolute disregard. As of this moment, the ASW government declares war on Midlonia until the demands to shut down the uranium market are met.

When you do the fighting, make sure to use reasonable forces. Don't say I send my whole population to engage your forces and overrun your nation, hah ha ha hahahahaha hah ahah aha. Instead, try the following...

"At 0700 hours this morning, at Fort Windrix air and naval base, four Apache helicopters carrying several Special Op teams departed for Midlonian shores. The estimated time of flight will be roughly 40 minutes."

Then continue with something like...

"Within 20 minutes of flight, the helicopters were running low on fuel, and came across the naval assault force launched by The oppresor. They requested to refuel."

etc. etc. etc.

Then when it comes to combat, here I will demonstrate how it works.

"As the MG rolled into place, 4 RPG rocket soldiers took their positions in the hedges and released several rounds. They then proceeded to run back into deep cover."

The enemy might respond like this...

"The vehicle was heavily damaged by 3 RPG strikes; the fourth had been a dud. In response to the RPG strikes, it trained it's 12" machine-gun in the general direction of the fire."

In resonse to this you might put...

"2 of the retreating RPG troopers were killed. The other 2 headed towards the northern end of the wooded area and shot another pair of rockets at the MG."
