I have 100 billion to spend on ships and planes. Im looking mainly for Harriers and Apaches (although any type of small, fast, assault helicopters will do). I am also looking for Turbine Aircraft carriers that have a rather large payload (3-4 of them). I need the French Tourville class destroyers and any other destroyers and guided missle cruisers that are good for convoy protection. One more thing, we need transports (a surplus amount) that are able to transport tanks and large amount of infantry.

I am buying this for my region of 30 countries so dont consider this a godmod. Thanks!

may i suggest JSF's over harriers for you, that way you shouldn't need to repave your aircraft carriers and arifields to make way for the jet exaust.
