I have a very strong economy and have a good budget at the moment. Just because I'm new doesn't mean I'm unable to look after my finances. I think there's some stereotyping there, not all of we "No0bs" are stupid. Remember you were a newbie once. I have a Powerhouse economy, larger numbers, and a really high military spending quota... I'm still practically drowned up to my eyes paying people daily to import high quality fighters... I can hardly afford anything to research; which is why I'm lucky in the region I'm in. They like to fund all kinds of projects... but besides the point: there's really no way he could afford to buy in bulk.
And Im not calling you a newbie; I'm just saying that it's a bit much. I have a better off economy than you and can't even afford it.

Maybe that's because you spend too much on other things. I didn't exactly specify what bulk meant. I only said I could buy in bulk if I wanted. I don't have continuous projects like others, there's no use raising an arguement with a lack of theory.
