Today the government of Beddgelert sent a letter to Haverton saying that if we do not stop our production of a space weapon platform, they will attack. Haverton will not step down, and expecting an attack, we want supporters to keep Beddgelert from attacking us.

Show Exetonia proof of this inccident and i shall take it to my regional council.

CC N.Kezo gave an address to-day at the Final Senate, broadcast on national radio and television and intended for the Havertonian government's consumption.

"Haverton's decision to position an orbital weapons system over Beddgelert is an act of war.

"While that nation's government may fairly claim that its right to possess weapons is no justification for action against Haverton, the decision to position said weapons in such a manner as to deliberately threaten The People's Commonwealth most certainly is cause enough.

"Haverton must act now to avert retaliation. Relocate your offensive weapons or they shall be forcibly disabled."

This address came after Haverton announced that it was to deploy as yet unspecified orbital weaponry capable of attacking surface targets, and that said weaponry was to be positioned over The People's Commonwealth. No motivation or justification seems forthcoming.

In related news, Commonwealth Consuls have been dispatched to neighbouring Victoria and Salvador seeking assurance from that nation's troubled government to the effect that Havertonian military assets shall not be aggressively deployed in V&S territory.

I wonder what you mean by your last message, Haverton. Not you declaring war ooc? What does that mean? Do you mean to imply that messages such as the one I posted above were not in character? Because I think we should be clear; my name isn't Commonwealth Consul comrade Nicholas Kezo.. and while we're ooc my/BG's reaction is to an unprovoked act of war on Haverton's part..aiming ortillery at a nation will tend to give the impression that said nation has cause to be a bit edgy.
