OOC: I thought I would put together a thread telling of the latest developents in Kazakhstania. So I will. Here, I will tell you of new Civilian, Military and Government projects. Please, enjoy and learn.

-Dock Project in Atryau

A project for a large port in Atryau is going to be built. Many things are planned for this port, mainly a large cargo shifting area the size of the entire Hong Kong docks. This is expected to shift 70+ ships entire cargo today, over 1,000,000 tonnes of freight. New passenger terminals will be built, over 10 in total. They will all be run by the same corporation, owned by the government.

A military area will be built. This will house the upcoming 1st Fleet, with all its carriers, subs and surface ships. It will have an inground testing area, dry docks, docks and an aircraft landing space.

The Dock Project was started today, and is a joint project with Tokarev. It is estimated to cost 6 Billion USD, and span 20km of coast. We will keep you informed.

-New Airport and Communities in Zhambyl

A new airport, at the cost of $1 Billion. It will be constructed in the city of Zhambyl. The new airport will be huge, and will be near a centre for building over 1,000 new houses in the city. The airport will have 3 runways, over 50 hangars and a repair facility. There will be 2 medium sized terminals. All will be top class, made primarily out of glass.

The new housing project will bring over 4,000 new people to the town. The new community will have a police station, 2 fire stations and several shopping centres. All over the city, 10 new communites will be built. More are planned in the future. Approximately 10 more are planned in this city, with 15 in the capital and 5 in Atyrau.

The area for the new airport is being cleared, and all the materil needed for construction is being assembled. Runway #1 is being made, and teams from all over are being moved in.

-New type of train and railway

A new, high speed bullet train based around the Eurostar, is being urged into production. It will be second only to the Bullet Trains, and its new lines are being spread across the country. The line will link all cities over 20 Million people, and its base will be in Oskemen, sizening the city largly.

Many commuters are expected to use the system, over 1 Million per week. 20 trains are planned to be buolt, and construction has started.

-Increased Hospital Number

Simple really. At least 5 new hospitals are going to be built in every 10 Million+ people city, and we will make sure there is one for every 30km squared in the country. There will be several civilian/military hospitals in the port city, and one near the army/air force base in Pavlodar.

Army Machinery

New army machinery is in the works. Here, we detail to you what. In order from the one expected first:

Heavy Battle Tank

Designed to be the newest and best tank, in the world.

New MBT

Little is known about his, yet it will be released in the form almost the same as the Type 98 tank. This may be a project with Crookfur, and/or Kazaakisthan.

Air Force Units

Heavy Bomber

This bomber will be a supersonic, heavy and very low figured aircraft, similar in fact to concorde.

Navy

There is a whole list of naval units coming out, as we expand into this area. Expect a storefront, as a pose to a single shop.

Carrier
Corvette
Frigate
Destroyer
Missile Cruiser
Arsenal Boat

We can offer aid for the construction of naval vessels and for the dock project in Atryau. Tokarev is most likely the most powerful naval force in the world for our size, and possibly even more powerful then several larger nations. (OOC: I would put more detail in this post but I am in a hurry)

Construction project rumored with Tokarev.

The naval docks project in Atryau is set to get to a start in 3 years time (3 days RL) and cost over $10 Billion.

Tokarev, a major sea faring nation, is set to join in the construction, and lend expertise.

The Government of Tokarev has begun work on a major dockyard in Atryau and is prepared to pay at least 60% of the expenses.



The workers begin work on a huge, modern dockyard to rival any in the world. The harbors are sprawling with warehouses, factories, and all sorts of buildings.

The projects will be detailed below:

Military Engineers Supplier Autonomous City-states

Our military has been growing steadily for some time, but before know we didn't have any proper engineering equipment, we just used what we had available. Now we are planning to develop a proper engineering corp. We are building engineering schools, new vehicles and equipment.

Upgrading of schools around the country Eredron

When we took back power the schools where all empty and children whre being taught at home, but now we are re-doing the whole education system in favour of youths, it will cost us a large proortion of money but we are willing to purt this money in and thn later on get the money back when our economy shoots up because our children have been given the right education.

Upgrading of defences and defence systems Kazakstania

Our good friend and ally Kazakstania is helping re-build our defence network. We have always favoured defence over offence and in the name of this we are trusting Kazakstania to give us an amazing defence network.

Building of seven ports

As of yet nobody has quoted how much they will do this for, but we hope this is soon. The seven ports are very old and date back to the 18th century. When they where natural harbours but with modern technology we feel we should expand these areas into ports four civilian and military usage.

Currently we spend billions every year training our men abroad. BUt with this new training facility which will host training areas for every single unit in our military including navy and airforce units.

Before when we have come accross dangerous substances or items the military are interested in we had to go through the painfull procdure of secure civilian laboratorys and get the lab technicians to sign forms of top secrecy. But with this new facility we will be able to just go right ahead with research at our specialist facility.

Building of new and upgrading of old communications, logistics and command buildings.

Logistics, communication and command are things which win battles. If our men didn't have food to eat or ammunition to re-load in a battle they would either die of starvation or being shot, if our men couldn't communicate with base how would we know what to send and where to send it, if our men wheren't commanded... we wouldn't have men.

We will rebuild all seven harbors into modern harbors for approximately $65 billion.

Seems interesting. I have one major harbor, one major airport, one for government officials only, (all in my capital city, somewhat sadly) and a MAGLEV rail system. My systems could do with some upgrading. My main country is better though. More of everything

amazing new structures

The need for the reconstruction of several ports in Kazaakistan was called before the Siosian core of engineers. This looks like a contract that can greatly benefit both parties.

Several pieces of information will be necessary in order to even offer a price quote. Desired sizes, locations, access to freight lines, climates, and the uses will all have to be explained before we can begin drafting the preliminary estimates.

We hope that New Siosia may land this contract, and that our diplomatic relations will strengthen as well.

What about me?

There is money involved you know.

You have the contract, we where hoping you could sort us out with what we want.

If you send a few engineers over get them to spend a month here (NS time) then they can see what happens at the current ports and can see the climate and so on.

The docks at Atryau have started construction. Earlier today, construction workers moved in, and started the work which is rumored to be taking 10 years to complete.

We will keep you posted. Also, a joint venture with Tokarev has been taken, who will help with the project.

Two new happening in Kazakhstania!

Today, the joint contruction of the docks at Atryau has started. Today, contruction and preperation has begun in this joint venture between the great nations of Kazakhstania and Tokarev.

In other news, our Army released it's new product, the export M-31 SPAAG/SAM vehicle. It is the first thing to be released in a few years by the army.

Large fleets of ships have been sent to Atryau, huge cargo and transport ships laden with supplies.

There are going to be a flat 20km of harbors all lrong the city edge and beyond. It may extend hundreds of metres into the sea. It is estimated to cost a large $15 Billion, and make over 500,000 jobs for the 6 years construction.

The dockland has been dreged where needed, and the docks in some places have been started. Many warehouses have been completed, and the defenses are starting to go up around the docks.

The airport project has been started!

With funding from some of our major aeronautical companies, the airport project is progressing as planned. We are advancing, and he first runway in the airport is nearing completion.

The runway is complete with underground heating against ice, emergency power supplies made by Hydrogen power generators near the end of the runway, runway lights and Ultraviolet lighting for emergency approach, taxiway links cut in gorund, and an Optical Landing Sytem. An Initial Landing Sytems and Laser Landing Sytems are also being installed. More posted later.
