Dear Comrades,
In the light of the new struggle all three of our nations have undertaken against the dogs of Presgrief I would suggest that it is neccessary that our three nations form a socialist alliance to defeat this aggressor. This would mean that an attack on one of our states would be an attack on all. If you do not desire an alliance then please accept my assistance in your struggle against Presgrief and any who ally themselves with that nation.

I concure with this motion.

Though the conflict is ending Hattia would also like to join this alliance.

We offer that you all can join us (and others) in the Council of Socialist Economic and Military Security (CSEMS). We are large nations with strong armies and big pockets here to assist any nations that request aid.

The CSEMS HQ is located in the region of Socialist Paradise, but our memberships and alliances span the globe (and space).

Consider our offer. Hattia already knows of us, due to the war for Higera. We are here to help.
