We, the people of Presgreif, are a peaceful people, enterprising and mindful of our own affairs. We try to avoid war, as it is...unprofitable. However, Hutu has insulted and threatened us, and refuses to retract his statements despite our efforts. Additionaly, it seems that this nation supports international terrorists who would destabilize the governments of the world. As I have stated, we find war to be highly undesirable. However, we refuse to be slapped in the face before the entire intrnational community and not react in some way. For this reason, we of Presgreif declare war upon Hutu. Certainly Presgreif is justified in taking action to protect itself. Eredron will not involve itself in any conflict, but does support Presgreif, if all that has been said is true.

Padmasa must officially pledge it's support to Presgreif until such a time as support is not needed. A force of 200 legions has been ordered to prepare for immediate deployment and spy satalites are now going into geosynch over Hutu and Hattia to watch for troop movements and gain a lay of the land so to speak. We officially ask that Hattia back down and leave this conflict be but do not expect such to happen.

Yes, Presgreif would be justified in protecting itself, but it does not seem that one would have to go to war over being insulted. Also, they provide no proof that Hutu supports international terrorism.

We thank you for your support, it will be eternally remebered.

As the Premier arrives back in the country his caravan of vehicles is directed immediatly into the system of bunkers conecting all of Hutu from miles under the ground. When the Premier is briefed on the situation he handles it with a small laugh and looks over to General Romonov at his left side.

"They want to play Comrade Romonov, shall we play fair or take them with our A game in the first inning?" The Premier says with a slight laugh the men both fans of baseball and having had this same seemingly coded message many times before.

"I think it should be interesting to play fair in the start wouldn't you say?"

The Premier nods as the caravan picks up speed and begins the long spiral decent into the heart of the bunker, as they go down the sound of upper blast doors can be heard slamming shut and a slight suction as the large air filters and fans come on slowly. Within roughly 45 minutes the caravan comes to a halt and another set of blast doors closes and the men walk into a room lined with TV moniters and broadcast equipment.

The Premier takes a seat at the head of the table that is already lined with key members of the government and his highest advisors. Premier Roach taps his fingers on a small key pad in his chair arm and the uplink into the nations TV channels cuts out all current broadcasts.

"Comrades of Hutu, I have some bad news, as diplomacy has failed we must rely on our army once more. I call to all of you to ration your food, load your weapons, support your troops, and be weary of all. Also, I am now enacting a curfew in all of the nation. From 7PM to 9AM no one but soldiers may be in the streets. I hope you can all comply with this and the battle will be lest costly for civilians."

The Premier pauses for a moment to slightly cough and then adjusts his tie and continues.

"All elements of our Army, Navy, Tank Corps, and Special Forces, Active Duty and Reserve alike will be called upon in this dyer time. So now, your probably asking who is this attacking us? It is none other than the ingrates of Presgreif, whom have accosted us in their democratic warmongering ways. Also, they have sunk to a new low accusing us of terrorism, when we ourselves have faught just as much, if not more than any nation against terrorism. Hutu, may we all be strong in this, and may as Hutuian writer, Hammas Krechek wrote; May the Words of Comrade Marx motivate us, May the Light of Comrade Lenin guide us, May the Power of Comrade Stalin impower us, May all our comrades be strong, To fight the battle for Socialism, To triumph till there is but one. The USSH."

After the speach from the Premier the citizens of all major cities are quickly up in arms as the city barracks hand out their surplus weapons and other citizens go to local gun shops to horde weapons and ammo. The cityies become fortress like and the country-sides empty and snow freshly falling.

Cayo Voice of the Worker special report from Cayo City:

Today to a crowd of over a million in Revolution Square El Presidente stood on the balcony of the Presidential Palace and officially declare war against the nation of Presgrief. The announcement was recieved by cheering from the crowd who have been voiceing their support for the nation of Hutu for days.

It is thought that over 5 billion dollars worth of aid and masses of arms have been sent to Hutu to help the war effort, and now Presidente has pledged to send a large task force to defend Hutu and her allies. Also, all member of the CREF (Cayan Revolutionary Expedionary Force) have been called back from their duties abroad and sent to Hutu to aid special services there. Presidente also announced that if nuclear, chemical or biological weapons were used against Hutu, then Cayo would respond without warning or consultaion.

On the deck of the Dark Master, Waakazam, 4 beings stood around a holographic map of Hutu. The first towered over the others present in his battle armor. The second was a barrel chested man who stood by watching and waiting for the grand strategy to be plotted. The third leaned over the table his tentacles weaving in the air as it pointed out drop-zones. The last stood slightly back staring at the drop-zones his polished leather dress uniform gleaming.

"We must strike hard and fast the OSC should hit him from the north while my men and armor move up from the south. Our allies can surely aid us in boxing him in!" Xok growled daring the others to challenge his stategy.

"Yes, yes. But there is a fleet up here with us, getting the OSC there will be hard and I do not like the thought of using my fleet to protect some jumpers! We must destroy the fleet up here before we can support you." Mind Sifter argued his tentacles roiling.

"Fine! Kang, ready your combat engineers. We will need them to help us dig in until support arrives." Xok fairly hissed.

"As you wish, old friend."

"Nothing to say Kellen?" Xok aked.

"No," the fourth man spoke, " just get my a drop-zone and a rifle and you and your boys can take a nap. Not like you'd be doing anything else..."

"Let's see how you feel after the fighting starts, Boy," Xok muttered before stalking off to head back to the surface to prepare his men.

People's General Nikolai stood on a platform in the Red Square. He is one of the most celebrated Generals in Hattian History, having been a a major figure in the Revolution, and beating back the capitalist invasion. "Comrades, today another capitalist regime of oppression threatens a Socialist ally. They mean to destroy worker's paradise that our comrades in Hutu have created. They wish for them and YOU to be slaves to their corporate masters. They think that they can crush the noble proletariat under their boots again. Well, I say to them, we have broken free and we shall stay free. Do not worry, proletarians in Hutu, your comrades in Hattia will not back down. DEATH TO THE CAPITALISTS!"

Lord Andrew "Spinne" Steelbane stepped out onto the raised platform, a podium sat at the centre of the hovering circle of shining black stone.

"My beloved people!" he bellowed "These are dark times for our foes! The foul Hutu and Hattian peoples have declared WAR on the our beloved ally Presgreif!"

The sea of Monolithians roared in disgust at this, they all agreed that declaring war on an ally of the empire was a foul deed.

"The entire empire has been called up to protect our ancient friend! We must not let this insolence go unpunished!" roared the lord.
He waited a moment for the cheers of the crowd to die.
"It is times like these technology LEAPS forward!" he shouted, "We must unveil, the latest addition to our deadly armoury!"
Another circular platform floated upwards and to the right of the lord, there was something large being covered by a black sheet.
"I give you, the Arieto!"
The sheet disintegrated revealing a massive mech.
"Designed in part by ThunderCorp, and in part by Monolithian Defence Industries, we will be striking even MORE fear into the hearts of our cowardly foes!"

The Arieto is the ultimate form of the Z-LOK Render rifle. It is mainly used against extremely heavily reinforced positions or armoured columns. The Z-LOK Render Cannon could shatter a 12-inch thick reinforced cera metal wall in one single shot. Unfortunately, the massive cannon must cool down for 10 minutes before it could fire again. The pilot's cabin is a soundproofed bubble suspended in a shock-absorbing semi-liquid. Even though the Arieto is not designed to be in the middle of combat, it is armed with a Quantum Chain Cannon, so it can support the advancing troops with accurate and extremely powerful fire. Further the Arieto packs a targeting computer capable of handling 1000 separate targets.

Later that day, the royal family and the top officials were whisked away to the Red Mountain.

General Trotska of the Spetznaz Corps paces back and fourth on a stage infront of the 5th Corps the Spetznaz the most fierce and highly training of the whole Corps. He prepares a speach smiliar to the on in Presgreif just moments ago.

The General picks up a sub-machine gun and fires it into the air and the troops respond by thrusting their rifles into the air and yelling. "Comrades, it is our time to fight for what we believe in." The General steps up higher on the podium and stomps his foot violently. "These fools, nay, these pigs dare to chanlenge our leadership, we can not stand by and watch this."

The General then stands atop the podium raising his rifle high into the air and yelling as loud as he can, "This can not be over looked!" As transport jeeps pull up and a couple helocopters land to the left of the stage the General fires his rifle once more. "For Socialism we fight!" The soldiers fire their rifles into the air in traditional Hutuian salute and then break into squads and jump into the jeeps.

The nation of Acharom also wishes to remain neutral in this matter and plans to make no attempt to mobilize for war. The Kingdom of Acharom wishes to support no side of this war, but wishes to seek out a diplomatic solution. As the Ambassador of Presgrief had stated in his first statement that the people of Presgrief are a peaceful, non-conflict nation. Surely there must be a solution for peace? Is there anyway to resolve this conflict? As of this moment all Presgrief citizens in Cayo are under arrest and will be held without charge or trial until El Presidente decides otherwise. Anyone resisting arrest will be shot. There will also be a curfew every evening during conflict at 6pm. Anti-aircraft systems are on full alert. Our defence systems are on red-alert, our small nuclear centre is on red-alert to strike without permission from El Presidente should any aggressor set foot on Cayan soil or seas. Our ships are patrolling our waters and will sink any craft failing to identify itself.

All Cayan defence and foreign forces will attack Presgrief troops without provication or clearance from the Presidential Office. All Hutu and Hattia military personal are to be granted full access to Cayo and her seas and airspace. No Hutu or Hattia troops are to be harmed or hindered by Cayo in any way.

I agree and dis-agree. By making the opening moves in the RP he MUST acknowledge the other nation simply because he is attempting to affect it directly. Similarly if it were to affect him then he could by all rights say I don't want this in an RP becasuse he had not started it and was only replying to it.

Also, how can he have an ally of a different tech level? Surely if he believed in the seperation of tech levels then he could not ally outside his level, yet it is obvious that he does. It is my belief that if you allow your allies to have it then you must also allow your enemies to have it... for surely if it exists in one place it MUST be able to exist in others.

However it does not seem to matter. Especially given the fact that my nation is armed to fight in Fantasy, ancient, modern, post modern, and future tech levels... then again he did not allow me time to say that. Meh.

My government has been monitoring the current situation with interest. We find it very distressing that Hutu is showing signs of weakness. I would plea to the Hutu government to stay the course and not give in to the Presgrief dogs.

Offical Release regarding Cayo

I, Premier James Roach, hereby absolve all relations between my country of Hutu and the nation of Cayo. I also ask that Hattia do the same as well. Cayo has been seen as an unstable link in our chain and als could be treacherous. By stating that myself and the leadership of Hattia must stand strong to our Socialist ways is a blatant slap in the face to my integrity. By saying if we fall to Presgreif that they will go neutral is another violation of the treaty they themselves created. There is a reason the world ALL is in Allies, it takes All of them working together for allegences to work.

A large force is also be prepared for invasion of Cayo, should it be necessary to do so.

President Jacob Hobbes was again sitting at his desk, waiting for the larged TV Camera to be switched on, and the broadcast to begin. Someone from the tech crew silently held up his head and started counting down with his finers. He gave the President the "Okay" sign, and he began:

"The people of Meramoso: I address you tonight to inform you of yet another conflict which it may be necessary for our military to become involved in. This conflict is the current standoff between the nations of Presgrief and Hutu, and their respective allies. The reason I feel it necessary to involve Meramoso in potentially another war, is that Presgrief claims to have proof that Hutu has been supporting terrorism. Having recently fallen into the crosshairs of terrorists, I feel that it is important for us to attack it whenever and wherever possible. Our military forces have been placed on high alert, ready to invade Hutu or any of its allies at a moment's notice, should the standoff escalate into a war. Please be cooperative and supportive of your government and military in this time of change. Thank you."

The Camera was turned off and Hobbes smiled.

Natalya's armada drifted several miles off the coast of Hutu. She stood at the bow of the flagship Whiteseed, a ghostly figure clad all in white, the moon's light glowing off her in the dark of night. With a look of intense concentration on her face, she signaled to the adjutant standing behind her. He rushed off, and the hum of airplane engines could soon be heard.
She stopped some General rushing by her. "Remember, communications centers first." he nodded, and rushed off.
Within a few minutes, the first Angel Wing bombers sped off the runway of the Whiteseed. It began as a trickle, then a steady stream as more bombers spead off the runways of other carriers amongst the armada. 100 bombers in all, streaming toward the capital city of Hutu.
Another few minutes passed, and the anti-aircraft fire began, and the dumb bombs and laser guided missiles began finding their targets. The city lit up in a deadly display of fireworks. Natalya stared off into the show. "It has begun." she said quietly.

The 4th and 5th homeland defense corps from the army was loading up into a small transport fleet which was going to Preisgrief. The number of soldiers totalled one hundred and twenty thousand total. The commander of the groups was Victor Rossa. He was present at the boarding of the ships talking to families and soldiers who were going to defend the soil of Preisgrief. His second in command, name unknown, walked up to him and shook his hand.

**Responce to Air Strike**

The airraid sirens blasted loud as ever as the Presgreif fighters appeared on radar in the bunkers. The vast network of SAM and Flak placements across the nation quickly go on high alert and open fire on the jets as they neer. It is suspected that the guns shot down roughly 13 of the jets and spooked a few from their objective, yet the damage was delt, as the bulk of the equipment is underground, communication can not be sent with out the satelites.

The attacks did roughly 24.1 Million dollars worth of damage both Military and Civilian, and killed only about 23 people as the curfew kept many people inside their homes.

The Premier leans back a bit with a nod then continues, "However we will not give up any of our land other than enough for a small naval base on our northern coast in Kamchatka. Already Hutu has shown itself to be cowards. Here they are being attacked and they do not have the gaul to defend their people against the aggressor! After the Christmas season passed, a decison was made to prepare the attack against the Rogue Communist nation of Hutu, Garrison II will not provide troops for any invasion, but instead will assist by providing vast number of air attacks by long range missiles at enemy targets.

Colonel Orr, a veteran of the Melkor and GDODAD war was pacing at the deck, he had recieved orders to prepare for missile attacks against a nation that was unknown, and that coordinates would be transfered over within minutes. Suddenly the target lit up on the large map on the bases' big computer screen. The target was Hutu, their capitol city! Orr knew that Garrison II was hostile with Hutu but did not know relations where this bad. He gave the orders to launch 34 long range cruise missiles, these missiles could take out a spot of 40ft by 40ft, the flames from the exlosives were made from a mix of special chemicals to make it harder to put out. 3,2,1, he counted and ordered the Lt. to launch, the flames came out, a rockets red glare, and the missiles were off to spread devistation at the most populated spots of the enemies capital city.

OOC: Emperor Cav would be very hard to get for you. Even if you did, it'd probably start a billion-person crusade against your nation (just because Emperor Cav is loved that much by my people), not to mention non-stop nuclear bombardment of your nation.

The armada glided slowly towards Hutu. Admiral Brusilov look at the map. "Hmm, we will be there in about 1 and a half days" He walked back over to the window and looked out at the ships. Their guns were silent, but he had a feeling that wouldn't last.

OOC: Understood.

IC: General Pointer boarded the shuttle for the Space Defense Station. Cav was going into high alert status, and all of the space forces brought home to bolster defenses. The Space Defense Station was preparing itself for ICBM drills, as there was a small threat of the homeland being invaded. Analysts were scanning the infrared radars, and coordinating with the AWACS in the air.

With the forces abroad gearing up for movement to Hutu, the nation's defenses were preparing for the event that one of Hutu's enemies' eyes would become too big for its stomach. Those nations usually take on too much than they can handle. And that indeed is what would happen if Cav's soverign borders were breached.

The planes flew swiftly and suredly towards Hutu. Atmosphere-capable space transport ships landed and unloaded most of the vital equipment, with the planes carrying mostly logistical supplies.

General of The Army William Higgins walked into the command post and spoke with some of his men. He would be meeting with Hutu's commanders and they would coordinate what defenses would be needed where. So far, only a few thousand men and a few hundred tanks were present, but those numbers would grow as time went by.

Above Hutu

The pilot turned around and said, "Colonel, we aren't going to have enough fuel to get back home if we don't find a place to land now!" Shurygin grimaced, "Okay, tell them we are coming"

Pilot: Hutuian airport, this is Hattian transport squadron 1, requesting landing over!

Hutuian Airport: Roger that Hattians, runway 3 is cleared for landing.

A few minutes later

Shurygin walked off of the plane, he looked around as the others began landing and unloading troops, supplies, and HLTAs (Hattian light tank airborne, designed to go with paratroopers and the like). One of the Sargeants came up to him, "Sir, we've just gotten word, Cav has joined the fight." Shurygin rejoiced mentally. He had fought alongside Cavish troops in Higera and knew how good they were.

Ministry of State Security Headquarters: Moskva, Derscon

General Andropov III -- "Can you do anything about this? Cav has a much bigger army, more technology, and its leader is either in plenty supply of nuclear weapons, or is mentally unstable and will use them if we fly a 767 Boeing over their country. I don't like it."

Yl'lich Golovko -- "We have 'Star Wars,' don't we? Ooh, wait, they have orbital weapons.

General Andropov III -- "So do we."

Yl'lich Golovko -- "Yeah, about TWO OF THEM! Cav has. . .well. . .I really don't know, but it's A LOT MORE than we have. Can't 'Star Wars' work space-to-space?

General Andropov III -- "You're right. 'Star Wars' might not destroy the missile itself, but it it hits the ICBM's right, the atmosphere will do it for us."

Yl'lich Golovko -- "There's one problem -- Hattia might already know about 'Star Wars' -- we used it to destroy that ICBM that was accidently launched, remember?

General Andropov III -- "That's okay."

Yl'lich Golovko -- "I sugesst you tell him this difficulty, he wouldn't yell at you, you're his son."

General Andropov III -- "Good idea."

Yl'lich Golovko -- "You think. . . ."

General Andropov III -- "What?"

Yl'lich Golovko -- "Well, we used terrorists to take the blame for assasults in Hattia, unfortunately they did not strike where they were told, and we used terrorists to frame Hutu."

General Andropov III -- "They have been all executed."

Yl'lich Golovko -- "I know. Listen - the Hattian military has just arrived in Hutu. We have SPARTANS there and Delta Force, we can use them. Tell them to stealthfully stick with the Hattian military. If the Hattian military meets up with Cav, have the SpecFor fire upon both Hattian and Cav forces, then get the hell out of there, stealthfully. That happens, you set up Hattia as attacking Cav, and vice-versa. It's a start.

General Andropov III -- "Okay, I'll tell him."

General Andropov III -- "Sir."

General Andropov III breifs his father on the Cav difficulties and Yl'lich's solution

Czar Rekjyavich Ivan Andropov II -- "It's a good idea, but we have semi-good relations with the Hattian government. If they find out it was us. . .well. . . ."

General Andropov III -- "They won't."

Czar Rekjyavich Ivan Andropov II -- "Lets pray this works."

The Premier sits in his bunker now surrounded by all the heads of the country and armed forces. He repeditly slams his fist off of the desk while grunting out statements it anger at the men. "This is a blatant outrage! These fools must be setting us up. We haven't used terrorists in war since the revolution, yet magically terrorists come from our nation and attack others!"

Premier Roach stands up and walks around the room with his hands clasped behind his back as he looks at the many moniters placed around the nations cities. In one of the cameras he notices a slight movement in a back alley and has the operator zoom in on the spot. "Those pigs!" he bellows, "They made it into our country. Anyone know where this camera is placed?"

"Umm.... Sobakagrad sir, just 3 feet from Red Square." General Romanov says warily.

"Sobakagrad!? They made it to our country and into our capitol city! We must not stand for this, we fight now! Diplomacy is for the weak hearted and simple minded, war is for the truely fearless!" The Premier goes back to his desk and pick up one of the many phones on it and listens for a moment to make sure its a secure line then dials a number.

"We're done with Diplomacy, we're fighting back, ready the missles, ready the troops, ready the whole god forsaken country." He slams the phone back down when he's finished then stares at his Generals, "Don't you have a war to fight? Disappear."

The three General scurry off after a quick salute and the sound of their jeeps speeding off from the main bunker echos in the room. The Premier looks over the remaining men and then nods to them and they each file out knowing their specific task at hand.

A few moments later a small squad of Spetsnaz are seen on the camera oppisite of where the men in the alley were seen. Within seconds the Spetsnaz lob a grenade into the alley and strafe around the corner opening fire with their heavy assult rifles. Not much longer after the first sweep Spetsnaz around the nation comence clearing and monitering city alleys and streets.

Sirens blaze all over the nation as the expansive missle and missle defense system goes on full alert and jets across the nation take to the skies and moniter for enemy planes(You stealth is going to have a hard time getting in now). Along with the 'fly-boys' in the air the tankers begin patroling heavly in light 'first wave' tanks.

The Premier satisfied with the current state picks up a second phone and calls up an old friend in Bigmenistan has a short coded discussion with him and hangs up with a smile and decides to address the world.

It seems that your covert forces in my nation have become very willing to die at the hands of my soldiers, and I am glad to have the duty filled here. You send forces to my lands, do not expect them to come back in anything less than a small box containing their teeth and possibly a few peices of bone. We are not here to take prisioners, become a scapegoat, or be subjigated. Diplomacy time is over, I will not try again, I have tried twice now and been rejected and ignored. So, you chose to send troops while I did this and launch missiles aswell. If I do capture these or any troops, do not expect pity, their information will be forcably drawn and they will be executed. Suddenly the target lit up on the large map on the bases' big computer screen. The target was Hutu, their capitol city! Orr knew that Garrison II was hostile with Hutu but did not know relations where this bad. He gave the orders to launch 34 long range cruise missiles, these missiles could take out a spot of 40ft by 40ft, the flames from the exlosives were made from a mix of special chemicals to make it harder to put out. 3,2,1, he counted and ordered the Lt. to launch, the flames came out, a rockets red glare, and the missiles were off to spread devistation at the most populated spots of the enemies capital city.

I am a long time ally of Hutu, and I can vouch for him. Hutu isn't a terrorist supporting nation, we have even fought side by side in the past to eradicate terrorism out of Shimdah.

GCON engineers will also build 21 PAC-3 SAM sites. These SAM missiles are probably the best in the world. They are extremely resistant to chaff and ECM, and they don't give a launch warning when fired.

Hattian combat ships had surrounded the carriers and transports in a semi circle. Most of the troops and equipment has been unloaded and a HQ was being constructed a little ways inland. The Admiral surveyed the formations, "All ships, stay on alert. Keep a few planes in the air."

Your capital burns tonight, and is surrounded by my forces. If I wish it, it will be mine by the morrow. You are outgunned and outmanuevered, and should this war continue, it shall most definitly end in your defeat and annexation. The Premier makes all the needed arangements and sends word he agrees with the treaty and then rushes out of his room into the bunker system and flees quickly to Hattia surrounded by the 5th Spetsnaz Corps. With the country without a leader and lost in their ways the former Conservative-Democratic President George Gewher comes back into the spot light.

As citizens of Sobakagrad gather in Red Square the begin to get rowdy and begin hurling Molotov Cocktails into businesses and housing projects. Shortly after similar mobs form up in Ishmael City, Muqesvar, Vacca, and Greti. Within moments rouge Spetsnaz soldiers open fire on the mobs and murder many innocent citizens in the process.

With the word of the occurance reaching Mr Gewher he decides to step up and take the helm of his country once again. He quick speeds toward Red Square in his car and pulls up infront of the stage. Once he is recognized by many of the mobs the violence halts. George turns on the loud speaker system and waits for the crowd to gather then begins his speach.

"Friends of Hutu, it seems our leader has fled the nation and surrendered the nation. I wish to lead this great nation again, if you chose to let me. With myself in power again we can work with the countries that were fighting against the Socialist perge on our nation and possibly have some of the conditions of surrender lifted. Let us work together to better our nation."

A unanimous roar from the crowd elects Gewher to office and he runs back to his car to spread the word around the city.

Premier Roach sits in his jeep heading towards Hattia when he stares down at the door for a moment and then looks out the front window. "Turn this thing around."

"What?" The driver asks glancing over.

"I said turn this thing around, I have a score to settle."

The jeep slides around a corner to a dirt road and then turns around heading back into town towards George Gewhers home. In roughly half an hour the jeep screeches to a halt infront of Georges house where James steps out holding a AK-74 with grenade launcher. James casually walks up to the front door knocks once then fires a couple rounds into the door and kicks it open. James then searches the house from room to room as two of his guards watch the front door. Within moments George, his two sons one 22 and the other 24, and Georges wife are coraled into the front room hand cuffed and seated on the couch.

"Comrade, we meet again, seems they think your a terrorist now, you know I never did like you, and now that your a terrorist, you must be executed under Hutuian law. That also meens any relatives of terrorists can be held in contempt, and since we're under martial law, i say all terrorists by choice and proxy must be elminated."

The Premier grins and fires four rounds into Georges oldest son and a single shot to his youngest sons head murdering them both. Then James laughs loudly over the screams from Georges wife, Ivana. With out much more hesitation he picks up Ivana and throws her at his guards who load her into the jeep. James walks towards the door turns and fire the small grenade into Georges lap and then empties his clip all over the room and jumps into the jeep.

A few miles outside of Sobakagrad a family out on a evening drive finds the nude body of Ivana Gewher raped, beaten and shot once through the forehead. As a group of police search the area they also find the Premiers Jeep containing the bodies of he and his two guards with a note left that reads;

Hope you enjoy your new life, George Gewher was murdered by myself, also I killed his two sons, raped and killed his wife, how do you like me now? HNN Special Report

Today, the body of the former Premier of Hutu, James Roach, was buried in the Heroes of Socialism cemetary, he was laid to rest alongside heroes of Hattia, and socialism. Such as General Josef Kirov, who led the Hattian Communist revolution. He was also given a 21 gun salute. Now, the Prime Minister is going to give a speech.

"Rather that risk torture at the hands of the capitalist dogs, one of Hattia's friends was forced to take his own life. Premier James Roach, his nation was wrongfully invaded by the imperialists. We have buried him here, so his body would not be desecrated by his enemies, and because he would not back down when threatened by his enemies. He should be an example to us all, and the true Hutuian flag will fly here forever." He walked over to a flag pole which had been erected and strung up the Hutuian flag. Then he walked over to the grave and threw the first dirt over the coffin.

Also, today the PM has refused to acknowledge the provisional government of Hutu, and the one that Presgreif will form there. Now back to your scheduled programming.

"And in world news, the war in Hutu grinded to a halt today when some of its most influential people were killed in a variety of ways today. The current government has fallen and it is not know what will replace it. Hutu will probably become a sphere of influence under Presgreif, but the official business is still unknown to many."

Emperor Cav turned off the TV and looked around at his staff, sitting around the large mahogany conference table. Through the windows, they could see one of the large battlecruisers landing in the distance, bringing back most of Cav's troops and vehicles. The others would stay behind and try to evacuate as many of Hutu's socialist leaders and citizens. A few trips would have to be planned.

"So, that's what the story is," Cav commented. "We've got more information than the press, but in the end, this is all we can do."

--Flash to Hutu--

Soldiers are carrying their rifles in one hand and waving others onto the large transport ships as fast as they could. "Move! Move! Move!" is heard. Frightened looks cover the people's faces as they run into the bays of the massive space carriers. Smaller shuttles and planes are scattered about; each with two armed guards standing at either side of the entrances and waving people foward.

The planes take off first, and tanks are seen driving through the fences at the other side of the airstrip. They fire at the escaping people but are still too far away. As they near, the ships begin to lift off. People jump to the bay doors, trying to grasp on for freedom. Some make it and some don't. The ships gain their altitude and fly away as the tanks finally reach the loading points. People are still huddled about and screaming for the ships to come back.

The pilot of the last ship to leave circles over, but the area is now saturated with enemy troops. If only we had more time, he thinks. The ship accelerates and disappears into the red-orange sky.

"Your Excellency, the last of the transports just left Hutu. They got a lot of people, but not all of them."

The Emperor turned his chair and looked out the window. "Don't worry, we'll be back for the rest."

Hattia is also open to all refugees fleeing Hutu.

The citizens from Provence Hutu to Provence Isof all the way to Provence Vacca seem to be lost and in a daze with the news of the Premier's death. The revolting stops, the rioting stops, and everything in general stops. For the first time ine Hutuian history all industries halt and their workers flood into the streets. People all across the land just lounge in the streets and their homes turning the whole nation into a podunk looking country.

The remaining Spetsnaz forces amongst the everyday citizens quickly take up their civilian looks again blending in with the lounging podunk citizens. They also drop their assult rifles and begin carrying concealed small weapons that they trained extensivly with for Airborne missions. Most begin carrying their high caliber .50AE Desert Eagle-like sidearms they were issued. Yet a good deal carried the .50AE DE along with a IMI UZI with compact stock.

While mixed in with the lazy citizens the Spetsnaz form a small partisan group who remain silent and under the radar biding their time for the right moment. They scout around the cities they know so well searching for meeting spots and HQ's. Also the plan to have a centralized leadership and office soon but make no move yet. They have a chosen few from the military that are favorites to lead but it is not wise to make any public appearances at the time so they wait.

We mourn the loss of Hutu's Premier, James Roach. Services and ceremonies highlighting the life story of Premier Roach will be offered for the next week. The government is also preparing to charter flights to Hattia for those who wish to visit the tomb of Roach. The day of his death will be declared a national holiday.

The Holy Empire of Cav refuses to recognize the new government of Hutu. The nation and its leaders will be regarded as puppets of Presgreif, and all aid to Hutu has immediately been halted. Hutu's citizens will be allowed amnesty in Cav, and any attempts to cease the emigration of citizens from Hutu will be considered as the persecution of Cavish citizens.

scene- Hutuian beach. All his clear and quiet......

Until 10 large battleships supported by 40 destroyers, 25 cruisers, and a pair of aircraft carriers, begin an EXTREMELY intense shelling of the beach forces in occupied Hutu.

After a 4 hour bombardment, about 2,000 LCACs suddenly come in and land at the beach. They are carrying tanks, humvees, APCs, trucks, Self-propelled howitzers, etc.

Once the LCACs land, a total of 100,000 troops pour onto 3 different beach locations (seperated by about 30-50 miles, with about 30,000 men per area). As soon as they touch the ground massive gunfire erupts everywhere, and the battle to liberate Hutu begins.

Troops are stepping on mines, getting hit by machine gun fire from bunkers, getting hit by mortars, etc. But their artillery is also shelling the bunker areas, and they are laying down loads of machine gun fire of their own. Grenades are exchanged, and the landing force takes cover behind many various objects as a titanic firefight begins.

Airstrikes are hitting enemy positions, including mortar cannons, tanks, howitzers, bunkers, etc. The landing force ever so slowly begins to advance up the beach and overwhelm the beached in defenders.

An additional 50,000 troops are airdropped into the northern area of Hutu. The 2 forces plan to meet at the capital.

The sounds of the Bigmenistan forces hitting the beach alerts the group of Partisan Ex-Spetsnaz Forces in the city that the forces land and a small group of four soldiers quickly sneak around the beach line and row out a ways on a small raft and float ashore behind the landing forces. The four men hand one of the soldiers a small map of the city highlighted with troop garisons and their normal patrols. One of the men stays with the forces as a sort of a guide and the other three raft back out and go back into hiding.

The solder that stays with the forces a Sergeant Malenkov, is a profeciant sharpshooter who grew up in the city and knows it like the back of his hand. He quickly goes to work picking off the machine gunners and helping the advance. Once he finds a nice safe spot on the beach he gets with the commander and informs him of the area and the stratigic moves they'll need to make to take the city.

In Sobakagrad the canopies of Airborne forces are spotted by a lookout for the Partisans and a jeep quickly heads for the area to help them to cover befor the occupying forces get to them. With in minutes 2 jeeps with 7.62mm machine guns and 3 vans full of Partisans and another 3 empty vans converge on the area. The Partisans make themselves known as the good guys and start the shipping of the Airborne forces into safe house in the city.

The Jeeps and the 3 van loads of Partisans secure the area for the Airbornes and the 6 vans speed through the city dropping off forces and leading others to the safe house until they are all secure. Then the Sergeants breif the groups of Airborne on the cities garrison and situation.

Upon hearing of Bigmenistani forces landing in Hutu, Admiral Brusilov shouted, "Let's turn this fleet around!"

Colonel Shurygin, who had not left Hutu yet, being to far from the coast to get a ride with the fleet was waiting in an airport for a flight. His cell phone began to ring, "Colonel, Bigmenistani forces have landed, get your men and link up with the partisans." He jumped up, pulled out his pistol and fired a round into the ceiling, "Come on men, we are back in the fight!"

Aboard the INS Resolve

"Sir, we're receiving reports that Hutu's beaches have been retaken! There are troops on the coastline fighting right now!"

"Reverse course! Bring the battleships to the front of the fleet and put the LCACs behind them! Mr. Harrington, start up the air patrols!"

Emperor Cav's bedroom

"Well well, my empress. It looks like tonight we can finally try for another heir to our fortune." Cav shut off the light and got into bed.

Not a minute later, a messenger pounded at the door, and didn't stop.

"I thought I said 'no interruptions!' What part of that don't you understand?!?" Cav fumed as he answered the door.

"But, Your Excellency," he said, as he handed him a sheet of paper.

"Mother of...." Cav trailed off. "It's all back on! Turn the troops around!"

Aboard one of the transport ships

General Higgins got word at about the same time as Cav. "Rendezvous me with a shuttle! Get the tank and troop transports back in the air and on their way to Hutu!"

The Colonel walked outside with his men, he surveyed the cars passing by... "There!". He walked out into the road and over to a parked truck. He walked over to the driver side window and tapped on it with his pistol and smiled from ear to ear. "I'll be commandeering your vehicle today, so please exit now!" The man got out, The Colonel said "Call the Hattian government later for reimbursement" He got and his men got in and drove off.

After an intense 6 hour firefight, the beaches are finally retaken. Temporary docks are set up, and supply ships pour personnel, supplys, and equipment into them regularly to supply the landing forces as they drive towards the Hutu capital.

Another 50,000 men are air dropped into the northern area, and they link up with the other 50,000 were parachueted earlier. The then combined 100,000 men establish a northern front and they link up with their supply lines and armored vehicles to begin the march southwards towards the capital.

So about 250,000 men are in Hutu fighting to liberate it. 150,000 men have landed on the Southern beaches, with another 100,000 air dropped to the North. Thousands more are being poured in via the temporary harbors that have been set up.

Troops from both fronts then begin to mobilize in a push towards the capital, as they ride on tanks and inside of APCs, supported by mobile SAM launchers, and self propelled artillery guns.

Cruise missiles are fired by the destroyers at various enemy positions around the capital (command centers, a military base, 3 radar stations, and 10 storage depots)

OOC: You should postpone advances like that until Presgreif posts

OOC: All I really did was take the beach, and airdrop troops into the north. All I said is that my forces have begun mobilizing towards the capital, there aren't very many major gains there. Still plenty of time for a suitable defense.

Presient Featherston was sound asleep when his Minister of Defense, General Marshal came bursting in.

Mr. President, wake up! Bigmenistan has just launched an invasion of Hutu!

Joustled by the news the President snaps awake. WHAT!! Those fools. What are they doing?

It appears they just took the beach. What do you want us to do sir?

Is there anything we can do? we don't have much in the way of forces or don't you remember.

I know that sir, but we can at least deploy some assets!

NO! Not yet. Call my staff together at once. As soon as that meeting is done, I'll go on TV and denounce this to the citizens. Let them decide what course we should take.

As the Defense Minister leaves the room, the President climbs out of bed and, much to himself than to anyone, says "DAMN!!!!"

Rekjyavich Andropov Military City

The Czar opened his eyes to hear the pounding on his door. He slipped out of bed and grabbed his .45 M1911A1 automatic. He flung open the door and aimed the pistol right at the very surprised and shocked General Andropov. "Yes, what do you want," the Czar yelled.

"Sir, the socialists have stormed the beached of Hutu and taken them," General Andropov said in a very shockked tone. "We have Special Forces near by, but it would never be able to take them all. We could deploy ten regiments of the Derscon Imperial Army and five regiments of the Armored Calvary and two regiments of the armored infantry. The calvary has three divisions of Vulcans, five divisions of M1A2s, and two divisions of M1A3s. It also has five divisions of M3 Bradleys, and fifteen divisions of M1A1's. That's the five regiment total, by the way."

"What about the infantry?" the Czar asked, getting a bit worried.

"The two infantry regiments are composed of three divisions of M1A3s, two divisions of the new M4 Bradley, and one division of the supurior M2A1."

"What about air support?" the Czar asked, a little more relaxed, but guarded.

"The Stealth Wing SBAF-666 and the Imperial Fighter Wing ---"

"We have one of those there?!?!? Hmm, no wonder no planes came, they would've been shot down. The masses of them could probably block out the sun."

"We did that once. I say you call an emergency meeting of the Joint Cheifs of Staff, they could tell you what we have better than I could."

"Okay," the Czar responded. "I will. Call all of our allies, tell them to come here themselves and to bring a military advisior -- or two, or three, or four."

"Yessir." General Andropov immediately ran out the door.

The Czar let out a big sigh. "Well," he told himself. "Here we go again."

Garrison II launches long range cruise missile at Hutu Capitol City

After the Christmas season passed, a decison was made to prepare the attack against the Rogue Communist nation of Hutu, Garrison II will not provide troops for any invasion, but instead will assist by providing vast number of air attacks by long range missiles at enemy targets.

Colonel Orr, a veteran of the Melkor and GDODAD war was pacing at the deck, he had recieved orders to prepare for missile attacks against a nation that was unknown, and that coordinates would be transfered over within minutes. Suddenly the target lit up on the large map on the bases' big computer screen. The target was Hutu, their capitol city! Orr knew that Garrison II was hostile with Hutu but did not know relations where this bad. He gave the orders to launch 34 long range cruise missiles, these missiles could take out a spot of 40ft by 40ft, the flames from the exlosives were made from a mix of special chemicals to make it harder to put out. 3,2,1, he counted and ordered the Lt. to launch, the flames came out, a rockets red glare, and the missiles were off to spread devistation at the most populated spots of the enemies capital city.

I might have to resign from the war to help defeat Lord Melkors captors!

My Fellow Citizens! I address you today on a matter of grave ergency. The Nation of Hutu Surrendered and her Premier, while fleeing the nation, was assasinated. His Successor a Gewher has also been assassinated in cold blood. We condemn these acts of murder. Also, we condemn the unprovoked attack by Bigmenistan. We urge them to cease at once or face dire consequences. We also hereby recognize the new provincial government in Hutu and advise the Empire of Cav to do the same. If the Cavians refuse to Aknowledge the new government in Hutu and wants to fight, I am prepared to back up our Illustrious allies with the weapons we have. We also condemn their ultimatum though if the citizens want to leave, its not up to me to decide that. I will listen to our allies and way in accordingly. Currently, I am dispatching the 1st Marine, the 3rd ID, the 2nd Naval Fleet, and the 3rd and 7th Tatical Air Groups to our alllies support. This isn't much but though we are small, our military forces are well trained for this type of conduct. I urge all civilians to lend aid to our Military Forces in whatever capacity you deem necessary. Thank you. May God Bless the Armed Republic of Corneliu.

When he finished his speech, he looked right at his Foreign and Defense Ministers and said "Well the dye has been cast, now we wait and see what comes from this."

"Your right there Sir" the Foreign Minister said.

"Sir now that we are on brink of war, I suggest we institute an immediate draft to make sure we ahve the forces to fight a prolonged war"

"Not yet Minister not yet. Give this some time. I hope we don't have to fight but if we do, we'll take it by the horns and do what we can. Dismissed both of you."

When they left, President Featherston hits the top of his desk and sends flying some paper clips that were sitting on his desk and yelling S$@T!!!
