I'm opening up a Star Trek VS Star Wars RP that takes place in the Alpha Quadrant (Star Trek Circa 2376 and Star Wars Era-A New Hope etc...) that will take place on Sunday January 4th, 2004. What I need for now is 10 Participants (5 Star Wars and 5 Star Trek)...I'll be gone so...I need someone to take care of this till then...NO STARS or PLANET DESTROYERS ARE ALLOWED.

yes, i know it's battlestar galactica but hell, it's the best thing i could find to represent a carrier. I'll post some stats later, when i go looking for what it could have a should have.

I'll take command of either Star Wars or Star Trek vessels, but what Star Trek vessels are available? Also, we should ban super weapons, such as the Sun Crusher and the Death Star.

In addition, do you mean A New Hope time, as in vessels in the movie or all the vessels at that time?

Before I leave...I'm gonna put out full vessel list for both Star Wars and Star Trek including various species from Star Trek and both Imperial or Rebel...As it will go...pick a species then create a character profile and then pick a vessel or fleet (up to 10 vessels) to command. If you're star wars...just pick imp or rebel instead of a species

In regards to the A New Hope Comment....Any vessel of the time surrounding the movie.

In addition...and once again...the use of the Star (or Star 2), Sun Crusher, Planetary Destroyer (siege of Mon Calamari), Species 8472 Vessels and any other super weapons (list to be updated later) is banned.

Star Destroyers are perfectly acceptable...It's planetary destroyers (siege of Mon Calamari) that are unacceptable...I think i have that down wrong though...they may be under a diff. name

it's a gorgeous ship but...first of all...never seen it. Second of all...that thing makes the Star look like a golf ball...It's just too damn big...the firepower on that thing would be ridiculous I'd have to say NO

You've never seen it because it never got built, Palpatine died before they could start construction.
The embodiment of Palpatine's plans for extra-galactic conquest, the Imperium would have been as powerful as a Death Star, but much more mobile. Equipped with a small fleet of capital ships, thousands of fighters, and innumerable support craft, the Imperium would have had virtually unlimited range since it would also have carried several World Devastators to produce needed supplies. With this ship, the immortal Palpatine would have spread the Empire across the universe. Rumors suggest that the crew would also have been "immortal" as well, thanks to cloning equipment that would have been onboard. Thankfully, Palpatine was not as immortal as he had hoped, and the ship never progressed beyond initial planning before his final death. While some die-hard Imperials wanted to try and actually build it to use against the New Republic, saner heads prevailed and the Imperium remained only a terrible dream.

Well, maybe Naga Sadow's ship (Thanks Padmasa :P)?
I think it would be fun to throw suns at the Star Trek-ian fleets.
