The Nation of Samtonia is looking for contractors willing to build:
1.A prototype nuclear reactor(Heavily safeguarded please)
2.A nuclear research laboratory(Hidden as best possible and defended)
3.Improved uranium mines(Better production, cleaner, more well-lit, etc.)

We will use the nuclear materials generated ONLY for power for our growing nation, as WMD's threaten the entire planet and we abhor their production.(Besides, nuclear reactor uranium is of a much lower grade than military uranium, so no chance for us to make the bomb)

most nations won't help you get nuclear power til you are a month old, even if you say its only for power and not WMD's.

perhaps we can work something out that will guarantee that you won't use it for WMD. Then I may help you.

What do you need a nuclear research laboratory if you aren't using them for WMD.

Euroslavia- If you only create a prototype nuclear reactor, I can't possibly use it to make WMD's. Besides, the alliance I'm in prohibitrs WMD use, so even if I made WMD's I couldn't actually have them. Also, since I'm such a young nation, if I say I have nukes, I'll be hit by a bunch of IGNORE cannons.

then im sure we can work something out. I'll help you build a nuclear reactor for power only. I would like to keep 10 inspectors there just to assure me that you won't build WMD. I know you say you won't, and we trust you, but we want to keep inspectors there anyways.

Doujin Defense Systems Nuclear Program was successful in designing a safe, efficient reactor, deemed the "Integral Fast Reactor". This Liquid-sodium-cooled fast reactor operate on the principle that instead of using complex mechanisms to maintain cooling, the laws of nature are instead used. This is called passive safety. The fast reactor also consumes its byproducts as fuel for the reactor, thus reducing radioactive waste. Of course it does have an active safety device, but in the case of failure the passive sytem kicks in and takes over.

we'll charge 200 million dollars. I know, that's a steal for you since the cost should be near the billions, but we don't really need the money and I'm not about to take all of your money. Consider it charity. We'll send 200 constructors over to start mapping the plant out.

The IFR is 6-20% more efficient than conventional reactors, and it recycles it's fuel. And no, I didn't change your mind - this technology isn't for sale I just felt like posting in your thread about it :P

As compared to a coal power plant, our nuclear power plant is 100% effecient when it comes to keeping everything clean. There is absolutely no risk of radioactive dust getting out and causing another Chernobyl. We have created an extra room for placing uranium so that its radiation cannot spread. There isn't much difference between my power plant, and any average power plant, except for my plant has 100% safe measures. I'll go more into depth as its being built.
