For trade of any of our domestic goods, first a contract must be signed that none of the materials will be used against us in any form.

As for Urainium the contracts are for 1, 5, 10, 25, and 50 years supply of fuel grade urainium. Also urainium can be supplied by the month.

Monthly Deal = 4.2 Million per 3 month for 11 months, after this time the deal is converted to a 1 year deal price.
1 Year Deal = 11.4 Million
5 Years = 41.5 Million
10 Years = 92.7 Million
25 Years = 278 Million
50 Years = 523.1 Million

Additional time can be negoicated along with possible trades to lower the prices. Prices currently include, a team to yearly dispose the plutonium by-product and shipping. The disposal no matter will always be handled by the Hutuian Government to ensure that nuclear arms are not created and used against them from their own supply of Urainium.

How am I godmodding? I think my economy can handle it, after all its all-consuming. That kind of economy, slightly less than 7% population in the army. 83% tax rate, I think I can afford it buddy.

Actually no you cant.7% thats a godmode.Think of it you have to pay salaries,retirement,food,supplies, etc.That is not enough money.Your military should be like 3%.You only spend 5% of your GDP on your military so you are godmoding.

It's not godmoding (5% of his population is in the military) but it puts a strain on your economy, All-Consuming or not.
I'd suggest toning it down to 3% (4.5 million) or at the most 4% (6 million).

2.5% maximum, and that is with Compulsory Military Service. My opinion atleast.

5% is a wee bit excessive, although not godmodding excessive.
I don't think Hutu would go for 2.5% so I suggested 3% or 4%.

I know, its rough on the economy, I know how RL nations run, I sit around all day and think about things like that, along with world domination and such. So, back to my previous statement, i'm leaving my military at 10 Million, they will remain that way for awhile, so come back in a few days, when my population is high enough i'll update this and my military will still be at 10 Million. I up grade in big steps because I hate figuring in all the small rounded down numbers. Yes the size currently is excessive, but i'm lazy, if i weren't I'd fix it, but i'm lazy.
