OOC: I have a puppet that I'd like to use in addition to The Zoogie People...because it's so successful, it should be more than just a test puppet. IC-wise it will be an independent duchy...is this ok?

The Zoogie People today granted its most successful colony the status of independence. From now on, the anarchy region north of The Zoogie Nation will be known as the Jingoistic Independent Colony of The Zoogies.

Congratulations on your "puppet" state. Rebeland has a puppet state as well..New Rebeland which has been around for quite a while now.
