Chancellory Announces Nuclear Mobilization

In a bold and striking move, the Kingdom of Chancellory has announced the completion of it's nuclear program that has, for the better part of the last decade, been held in the utmost secrecy.
Jointly, the nations of Chancellory and Erciyes have supposedly been using the Erciyan automotives plants near the Blackgate trans-river bridge as construction plants, utilizing both country's affluence in Uranium mining in order to accomplish their goal: polarization of raw uranium into weapons grade plutonium. While Chancellory already makes use of such deposits for their nuclear power facilities, the production of atomic, and soon hydrogen, weapons is indeed a new one.
As of yet, Chancellory has not yet confirmed existence of launching facilities, but from the military's new purchase of Astron nuclear class submarines, it is quite possible that the country has launch capabilities.
In a possibly related story, the nation of Chancellory has broken off all diplomatic communications with the Republic of Athiest's Reality, and the Socialist States of West Pacific, as per both of these country's threats against the controversial Erciyes psionics program.
