:). I basically gave him 31 trillion USD. I bought some 500 million USD planes for 31 trillion USD, because I was feeling very nice, and I liked him, and wanted him to get to a good start, with a good alliance.

Don't you think that's a little bit of an irresonspible attitude for a nuclear capable nation such as yourself?
As for the contract, Cronoeria would like to be the first to enter into it. While our own space program is next to nonexistent, the development of a spacial launch facility (I assume you mean a facility for launching objects/shuttles/etc. while in space?) should be easier than actually putting something into space from the planet itself.

... I was joking. I would only use things that wouldn't kill me due to the nuclear fallout. :wink: I believe that if you want the best launch system, I could make you one for free. I really want to help you, you make good planes. So, how about it. I have sattelites and space stations all around the world. That's what gives me some of the best attack capabilities around. I can attack any nation, whenever, and have it not be intercepted. I can use small, orbital railguns to nail oncoming missiles. Very hard though. Took me horrible amounts of time to figure that one out.
What we are looking for is a space launch facility five times the size of The Kennedy Space Center and ten times as advanced. We want the entire space launch facility and testing grounds all in one place. Instead of a Jet Laboratory across the country, we want it where our Headquarters are.
