Recent events have set the ASW market and government officials ablaze. Midlonia has begun the manufacture and sale of weapons grade uranium to young and wayward nations. All means to cease this open trade of weapons grade uranium have been authorized, and as of this moment, 4 tactical assault teams (Alpha, Beta, Delta, Gamma) have been organized into Apache helicopters and are headed towards the mines. A message has been sent out to Midlonian officials alerting them that either their marketing of this product will cease, or they will be forcibly shut down.

The oppresor has followed the conflict and will support ASW. I have already prepared my cruise missiles and my fleet is underway. If midlonia does not cease the mining now i will send in ground forces.

Isn't midlonia supposed to respond to us ASW, or do you think he is a wimp???

The mist was clearing from the airfield in the dreary morning, and it was bitter cold. Several helicopters had been loaded up with anti-freeze and fuel, and were prepared for takeoff. The four TactTeams, Alpha, Beta, Delta, and Gamma, were packing up their equipment. Several canisters of Sarin nerve gas were loaded with the entourage.

In a matter of minutes, the helicopters were headed south. After clearing Fort Windrix and the neighboring city, they were out into the open ocean, with coordinates set for Midlonia. They would arrive in about 40 minutes.

HRH's government is set on holding on to the Uranium market for as long as possible, the possibility of an attempt to shut down the market, will be met by the King own crack bodyguards, AAA units have also been deployed to the Uranium mining complex,it is hoped that the leader of these countries can meet a diplomatic compromise, that would benefit both nations...

OOC: Yea, he would/should respond to us. If he doesn't he is ignoring us, and if that is the case, his uranium goes on unhampered... but once we get to the general area that we could deem his borders, we definitely, absolutely, have to wait for a response from him.. that should be sufficient reaction time.

I understand your uranium market is refusing to shut down from what intelligence tells me. I strongly recommend you concur with our demands and cease your mining. You are endangering the lives of hundreds of millions by permitting this to transpire, and my nation is of top priority to myself. There will be no negotiation, there will be a closed uranium market from you.

Several Apaches came in overhead, now 20 minutes away from the Midlonian coast line. The outlines of the allied fleets from The opresor could be seen floating a few kilometers ahead in the ocean. The helicopters swung in low; they had almost run out of fuel.

"This is alpha, hailing command ship. Are you there? We need a refuel. Can you clear us to land?"

The pilot set down the radio.

the binoculars blinkered in the sunlight, the Midlonia spotter saw the hulk rise slowly above the horizon

Colonel: My lord they have not responded to the atack, and they are still shipping out uranium. We saw it on the sattelite, they're shipping it in steampowered trains.
President Al akari: They what!!! That's it send in the special forces now go and mess up the railroads and get the uranium somewhere save, in a save way no risks.
Colonel: Yes my lord straight away.
President Al akari: And order the fleet to wreck up their harbor destroy their fleet and every other boat in there.

Admiral azis: Confirmed you can land, land on the helicopter platform you'll have to wait ten minutes though we have to clear the deck.

The Fiery Elias and the Golden bow, Midlonia's finest battleships charged out to meet the oppressor, three mig-29's flew their sortie over the opressor,one of which fell to her AAA fire, the other two got their salvos off, these were aimed at the Helicopter flight deck, the missles exploded, but the damage was unkown
The Fiery eliasand Golden bow got the oppressor in range, their combined number of guns (8 each) all fired on the oppressor

The helipad was cleared and the choppers came down. Several men came up and starting refueling the transports. In another 10 minutes, they were off the ground again.

About 30 feet above the battleship, the pilot let out a low "Oh sh*t" and picked up his radio again.

"Uh, we appreciate the refuel and everything, but you guys had best watch yourself. Several battleships are coming up your way from the east, and they're coming fast. Alpha out."

The helicopter lurched around, and started up north, initially away from their target. As they took off, a helicopter fell to a MiG salvo. The others were fortunate enough to get out unharmed. One of them shot out a pair of stinger missiles at a fleeting MiG. They then turned south. The choppers were headed around the impending battle zone.

I have a fleet of
1 Amfibious transport.
2 carriers. With 30 F-15's
2 helicopter carriers. With 20 apaches and 40 cobra's each
10 destroyers
3 light frigates.
5 Iowa class battle cruisers.
100 mini subs
10 Chuvchenka class battle cruisers

There is no way you migs could have gotten through my AA's for the AA's are 10 F-15's.

And what did my cruise missiles do??

OOC: flatten the palace, but the king got into his bunker just in time... just let the migs hit ya, i gotta have some little victories before i surrender/compromise

BTW i have 6 heavy battleships,
an aircraft carrier on manovers on the other side of my island (that is where the MIGS came from)

Admiral azis after mig strike: Damage report captain.
Captain: we lost 5 onboard apaches sir and 24 crew.
Admiral azis: that's enough, tell the subs to wreck their fleet now. And find out the location of that airfield and flatten it.

The Apache's managed to worm their way out of the situation and were now north of their target by about 3 kilometers. It was as ideal a drop point as they would get, and as close to the mine as possible.

Alpha, Delta, and Gamma team unloaded. All of Beta was lost.

Once the choppers were off, they headed back to the combat zone to assist the allied fleet (OOC: you have 3 more choppers under your command, Opresor).

The team of men started moving southwards overland. About a half hour later, the complex was in sight.

Mining complex: the BMP moved forward after it's gunner had seen something... and MI-24 powered up and began scouting the area.....it spotted something and opened fire with it's cannon.

Sea: The Golden Bow, buckled groaned and the exploded, the elias was also hit and limped her way back to port, their the shallowness of the harbour would stop the subs coming in, but maybe not the torpedoes....

Train: the locomotive hissed and clanked it's way down still, it jerked and rattled past a waterfall................

The sound of gunfire was heard, and an Apache headed back to the fleetof ships exploded. The teams on the ground scrambled for cover as an MI-24 came by. Four men levelled their RPG-7's and took aim at the approaching vehicle.

Four rockets barrelled out at the MI-24. The RPG troopers crawled back into the trees to observe the damage against the vehicle.

In the bushes, the teams had coordinated a plan of attack, and Alpha and Gamma had departed to the East and to the West. It was to be a tri-pronged attack. Alpha would attack from inland, Gamma from the south, delta from the north, leaving the seaside area of the complex to the ships.

Admiral azis: Is there anything left of that pesky little fleet???
Captain: Hardly the remains are in the harbour trying to get out of the line of fire of the torpedos.
Admiral azis: So we can't torpedo them?? then hit them with the F-15's we've got 60 use them.
Captain: Yes sir.
Admrial azis: and get rid of that carrier to.
Captain: Already done sir.

One of the RPG's had been a dud, the others exploded incredibly close around it, wrecking the tracks... but not the crew, the gunner swore,loaded up the turret mounted MG and raked the bushes, 10 of the distinctive bodyguards moved forward and, under the cover of the MGing BMP advanced...
The battlecruiser Redeption had been hit, she listed badly in the harbour, yet still her AAA guns were ablaze as the f-15's roared over head....

Admiral azis: Is the fleet down already???
Captain: almost sir it takes a while to get down these big ships, and in the harbour they can't sink so the weapons are still firing.
Admiral azis: I've had enough. Tell the cannoneers to stop wrecking the city and let all big guns open fire on the harbour. Let them F-15's take care of that carrier and then order them to go and annoy the armed forces that are inland.

The government of Hudecia would request more information before it commits the NNA to a full scale war.

Primarily it would like to know WHAT THE HECK IS A NNA-MEMBER NATION DOING WITH WEAPONS GRADE NUCLEAR MATERIAL!!!!!!

The NNA executive has strongly condemned the use of nuclear weapons in any circumstance and would request a full explanation from Midlonia before it commits any forces to this engagement. If your explanation is accepted the NNA will come to your assistance.

the 30 situated around the mine began slowly powering up, the rounds blistered through the air, right into the path of the oncoming F-15's

The aircraft carrier and its fleet shifted course suddenly, diverting away from the blockade of Tannhauser and locking its heading on Midlonia.

In the capital city of Hudecia the airfields were abuzz as the fighters were feuled and preped for the coming combat.

Less than a minute ago, the NNA executive had made an emergency decision to send troops and ships to the region in defence of the Midlonian government.

We too would like to know WHAT THE HECK A NNA nation is doing mining uranium and selling them to new nations! I don't believe Midlonia is selling them, though, and would be more than happy to see a compromise.

Well, Midlonia, you have gotten two out of the four top members of the alliance to come look around. WHAT ARE YOU DOING SELLING URANIUM??? Cease and desist immediately. bUt, if you have not been selling it or have stopped and these hostile nations continue to attack, we will step in on your behalf.

HRH's governemt realeased the following statement.....
Uranium has a high price, our small island nation at present has no other real resources, the uranium is sold with the intent of it being used for power uses only, it is believed in reliable intellignce that the two dictatorships are trying to obtain this reasource for unethical means.....

Well, someone stated that you are selling weapons grade uranium. If you only sell low-grade uranium, which can only be used in power plants, than there should be no problem. Oh, and find some more exports.

I think that explains his little uranium market... of course, if he ceases with his marketing, we will cease fire. He can keep the uranium as his own, but if he continues to sell it, we will intervene.

Understood. I see he mentions the uranium is 'grade-A." And he granted someone rights to use it for nuclear weapons as long as they weren't used on him.

IC:I'm calling in a ground force and am securing the mines. You may send a force to see if i don't steel any, for i do not intent that. I will only keep the mine out of the wrong hands. I by no means want war with the NNA. I will retreat my army except a group of engineers to repare the docks and equipment we wrecked, and the mine security regiment. I am also willing to make enough renewed solarcells to provide the coomplete nation with electricity. If you are willing to pay that is.

If the Oppressor and Archaic Slang Words do not end their Imperialistic war against the People of Midlonia, The People of the United Socialist States of West Pacific will be forced to send in troops to help defend the peace loving people of Midlonia.


The troops will be their in one day so I suggest you come to negotiations with Midlonia and the other member nations of the NNA.

HRH's government has decided to stop selling ANY form of uranium, and now calls for the ceasession of hostilities.
