There has been an incredible ammount of conflict these past years between the afforementioned nations. The purpose of this post is to conduct peace talks. I am a loyal ally to the Union of Pennyroyal (so don't think otherwise), and in order for war to completely end and peace to begin each nation needs to express their terms for a cease-fire, then possibly a peace treaty.
