An extermist group has attacked an army barracks outside the Adaptus Astrates capital New Berlin. They are within striking distance of the Imperial palace and have also capture the nerby nuke silos. The way to react to this threat is unsure.
We need your suggestions to avert disaster.

You must not negotiate with terrorists for they know only one language, force. Acting swiftly is the only option to ensure that the safeguards in place at your silos do not become compromised. We would assist you in this effort, but we are currently in the midst of a national emergency.

Agreed. Find the terrorists and use the full extent of your military (thats what its there for!)

yes, you must act swiftly, but dont face them head on, or theyll set off the nukes. I suggest that you send in a small group of highly trained super soldiers with you most advanced hand held weoponry to take the silo, then once you recapture the silo, take out the rest of the group with a swift attack from your army.

Find them. Terrorists only respond to a gun barrel pointed at their face. Then eliminate them.

SUBJECT: Compromised missile silo's

The People's Republic has received intelligence suggesting that one of your nuclear missile bases has been overrun by rebels. Naturally this is of great to our Government, and so we are willing to offer our assistance in destroying these weapons before they can be fired.
Therefore, the Shildonian Flying Corps is preparing to launch a group of Vampire-class stealth bombers equiped with precision guided, stand off weapons that can be used to destroy the silos with minimal damage to the surrounding areas.
While we would prefer to carry out this mission with the permission of your government, please be aware that we are willing to proceed without your permission if necesary.

although a diplomatic resolution would be best, it is not an option.
A surgical strike at known important targets would show that you mean business. They have made an attack on your country. It cannot go unnoticed.

Send in a couple tactical teams to infiltrate the silos. First surround the silos with snipers and eliminate all exterior resistance. For interior combat, I'd recommend a combination of M-16s or M-4s, either with M203 grenade launchers, M590 tactical combat shotguns, any form of 9mm pistol will do, but preferably with a silencer and laser sight. Additionally, you should bring smoke grenades: they're quieter than flashbangs, and get the same job done in doors. You should proceed to the launching command consoles first, and take out whoever could set off the nuke. Then you should clean-sweep the whole silo; start next with security rooms, then labs, then finally the launch chasis itself.

As for the barracks, repeat, and it should clear you fine.

Better yet, make the grenades a mixture between chaff and smoke grenades.
