National Ruin

This is to open talks
San Texario

I say, as a condition of our treaty, that any unprovoked attacks will not go unresisted by us.
National Ruin
24-12-2003, 21:56
The Czar will agree to that.
San Texario
24-12-2003, 21:58
I thank the Czar for that. Wars against the UN are fully useless. The UN can, 89%(estimate) of the time, crush these attacks.
Exetonia hearby declares that there should be trade sanctions placed on any nation being so foolsih as to godmod or take on the UN
National Ruin
24-12-2003, 22:03
National Ruin would ask that she be taking seriously and that she is left alone. She will respect those who respect her.
San Texario
24-12-2003, 22:06
You must understand the seriousness of your actions. Had you not surrendered, or Bigmen, you could have brought about the destruction of you and your region.
I say, as a condition of our treaty, that any unprovoked attacks will not go unresisted by us.
If that rule is broken, then we shall invade the violator and then the conditions will be much more harsh (ex. removal of their military).
San Texario
24-12-2003, 22:07
Yes, invasion will happen if that is broken. Note that I have 2 orbital weapons stations above your region as well as 70,000 space/atmosphere fighters/bombers.
Midlonia
24-12-2003, 22:10
i propose some peace keeping forces be placed inside the country
National Ruin
24-12-2003, 22:12
I can agree to all the placed requirements
Exetyonia would like to place a regiment oof peacekeepers in this force.
Nanakaland would like to also send some peacekeepers.
so basically here it is:
National Ruin will not attack Vulcanus or any other UN region without action by the IMF.
Economic sanctions will be placed on National Ruin for the imediate future.
National Ruin will face harder consequences they resist to this treaty
I will continualy check on GCON to make sure no attacks are being planned

San Texario

And San Texario. 100,000 peace keepers have been sent, armed with Magsec 4's (from PerfectDark for the N64), as well as Falcon 2's (also from PerfectDark)

The Golden Simatar belives all of National Ruin's air force shall remain grounded and allow UN aircraft full rights to their airspace.

I will send in Fire Ice and Trojan Odessy as peacekeepers if needed.
Xrobb has chosen to recognize this cease fire again GCON, and we have begun to withdraw our forces. However, you will not recieve any economic support from us, as you are the one who started this war. Having said that, we leave your nation with a city in ruins, and a war-torn country side. I hope your "Dream of Liberation" was worth it.
And to the Coilition, I thank all of you for helping to bring down this war-hound, and for helping to save the rest of the world from a terrifying war.
May our unity and strength never faulter!

I will send 4 diplomats to see this through.
National Ruin has no need to worry about the economic sanctions, because the nations in GCON can provide more than enough suitable imports for Czar Kailey.
All economic sanctions will do is cost your nations money, because GCON will continue to supply National Ruin.
On top of that I condemn the UN and everything it stands for, for sticking its nose into the business of others, and for not realizing a nations right to defend itself (war threats were being made to National Ruin, thus is the reason why she launched the war in the first place).
And our dream still lives, as it always will.

Alright then Big. Show me the documents that say that NR was acting under it's need to defend itself. But the thing that got me involved was that thing about destroying the UN. But if NR was ONLY going to defend itself then I apoligize.
My dear friends I am so sorry you do not agree with Itsokasi. He has the backing of my entire region. We will win and after we do we will only continue to attack until the UN has fallen. What you fail to realize is that I cannont lose to Vulcanus for I have a powerful amount of allies and they only have 11 nations. They cannot defeat me and I would like to see them try. I have more reasons for attacking them than them just suppourting the UN. They made aggresive moves twoard me first boasting that they were better and could not be takin down. Well I do not take threats kindly and will surpress this insolence before the big war with the UN begins, and trust me it will eventually begin. It is only a matter of time.
You have to ask her to go into detail
And for all you people who defend the UN- http://www.alpinesurvival.com/united-nations.html

Well, I guess I'm sorry for that but the war with the UN was the main reson I got involed.
And for all you people who defend the UN- http://www.alpinesurvival.com/united-nations.html
Wow a stupid conspiracy theory website, there's a good basis for an argument!
What about the fact that Alger Hiss was one of the original founders of the UN (the one responsible for giving the Soviets the info to make thier nukes)?
I, for one, believe that National Ruin should be left to their own devices. Why must we keep such large numbers of our personnel in a country that hates the UN and the UN Members? Let us show by example the peaceful organization that we are. Should their Air Force be grounded? No. Should we be allowed to have monitoring agents in the country? Perhaps, it needs more discussion. Let us show National Ruin that we are members of the UN because we enjoy the peace and freedom of opinion that each as a country have a right to, and that we all work together for a common good, not as a tyrannical dictator of the countries of the world.
(OOC) Just a reminder, outside sites, opinions, etc. on the UN or anything else in real world don't necessarily mean anything in this game. We are, after all, roleplaying.

The whole purpose of the monitoring is so this does't repeat itself! If we keep their stuff mobilized, we can get easily taken out. I for one think that they should be kept under a watch in case they do try to take down the entire UN single-handedly again.
Exetonia considers that a trade blockade and sanctions should be placed on the whole of GCON. To many times have they tried to start these silly wars and too many times have they cost the international community billions of dollars in going to alert, launching planes etc. I will ask the entire region of the Midlands to follow me and, the international community. Senator Rob Rogers, Exetonian Coallition Government.
Monitoring, yes. On the other hand, have you thought about their security? By immobilizing all their forces, they are then left open to attack by others like them who want nothing more than to wreak havoc. Under control, yes. Under rule, no.

Try it, you won't hurt us. The economys of GCON are extremely strong, and we wont even flinch with your sanctions.
Your corporations will just lose money, because we won't be buying from them
Announcement- Czar Kailey and National Ruin have resigned as chairman of GCON. I have been personally appointed to lead GCON until the 30th of December (OOC: when they get back to their computers), when there will be an election (decided and voted on by GCON members) to determine who the permanent chairman will be.
And as of right now I am the only person who has announced my candidacy.
And if any of you think you can watch us and keep tabs on what we do, then you are wrong. Because all of our war meetings take place in secret chat rooms.

I have to say, we should be aloud to place these sanctions. They don't hurt my economy, because I didn't know I had anything good to export!
As for the military, some of them still remain mobilized.
