Austica is not a representative of No_State_At_All, rather we are an individual and sovereign state, in another region.
Austica is a member of the alliance of Clan Freedom. This alliance is a complicated one. Certain nations within the alliance can delegate command of their armed forces to other sovereign states. No_State_at_All has delegated such command to Austica.
The command of the Austican Armed Forces however cannot be delegated to any other nation whatsoever, even alliance members - unless explicitly described in letters patent signed by the Austican Commander-in-Chief (The King). This would only occur in the event of a war where Alliance troops were fighting together, under a single commander. In this instance however, Austican forces would still be under their own commander who would take orders from the allied commander. This is the policy of the Government of Austica, and demonstrates the complexities of the alliance.
