All persons currently serving a prison sentence for a non-violent crime, and who have less that 1 year to serve on their sentence, are Hereby granted a Full and Complete Pardon, effective immediately.
His Majesty has decreed that the Christmas Holiday period is a time for celebration and goodwill, and sends his Imperial Christmas Greetings to all across the world.
