First:
Pay attention to what the others are telling you. One of the people who answered you gave you some really good advice: READ THE STICKIES AT THE TOP OF THE II AND NS FORUMS. Most of your questions have already been answered there.

Second:
Lay off the multi-smiley temper tantrums. This only makes you look like an idiot.

Third:
If you are just opening up a storefront to sell left-handed smokeshifters or debolitizing framistats (stuff that has no military bearing on the status of your country), then simply post that your country's major emplyer, Framistats R Us, has released a new line of debolitizing framistats with greater horizontal control features and sell a many as you like. This is a modest way of introducing yourself and your roleplaying skills to the rest of the players.

Military equipment is a different story. Go to the first page of the NationStates forum and read the stickies at the top of the page- especially the one called, "New to NationStates? View these great threads". Do the same thing with the stickies at the top of the first page in the International Incidents forum.
