Thanks to immense funding from Ginsber and A Few Rich People The anti-matter warhead is ready for sale.
Containing four pounds of anti-matter in a containment field. Stealth device, virtually undetectable by radar. Homing device. Traveling at the speed of sound.

Starting at: $10,000,000,000

I assume this is in a missile form? The sort of missiles (ICBM) that you would fit that high an amount of anti-matter into don't have the capability to be stealth; their structure permits a massive radar signature. Also, speed of sound is SLOW for a missile like that. Just thought you'd like to know. Oh, and jack up the price to about 10bil if you're using antimatter. That stuff's expensive as hell to make, especially if you're making four frickin' pounds of it.

we took out a great deal of space by limiting the propultion system. to insert the stealth device.

Who needs radar when you've got LIDAR and Electromagnetic Signal monitoring? Unless you make your missile out of wood or other organic material, you can't ever get rid of EMS.
Also, speed of sound? HAH! Old ICBMs can go what, mach 20? Intercepting one of these is no problem. Also, if the containment field (Magnetic?) fails, the thing kills itself. The containment alone to keep it stable at speeds that high would cost a lot of money, let alone the antimatter itself.

Well, it's not necessary. Typically, you launch them upwards, so they're not generally flying right over enemy territory until they're in space. Upon re-entry, they're going about...mach 17 or so, so stealth is completely unecessary. Virtually nothing can shoot and hit at something going that fast with any degree of accuracy.

Wrongo. There are computers that can calcualate the trajectory of ballistic missiles, and then you just have to launch it from the right angle to kill it. Or you could use a computer targeted ABL like the USAF has on some 747.

Well sure, but whatever system one uses isn't necessarily ready right off, and in many cases, reaction speed won't be fast enough, especially when there are multiple missiles raining down over a very large area (note, the terms I have selected do not mean that the systems are useless or never will work. They just won't always). Even considering that everything does go well, stealth's not gonna help.
