In our attempts to build an alliance forged on the grounds of hierarchy Moskoka has constantly been undermining our efforts. We offered to not touch him but he defiantely kept on with his mocking. Therefore on very reasonable grounds The Black Legions of The Macabees declares war on the sovereign nations of Moskoka.

Our aims are quite simplistic, the complete annexation of Moskoka, for a limited time of course. We will not mobilize overwhelming numbers of men, for the sake of an RP, but we will make our presence heavy.

In result the following units are mobilized.

The Lietuv government would like more information regarding this attack. Did the opposing nation offer any credible threat to your national security? Is there any truly justifiable reason for war? What reasons are there for attacking the opposing part?

With the answer to these questions, we will at least remain neutral. If these questions are not answered, we will offer aid to any nation willing to halt this invasion.

A massive silo at least 4 miles in diameter opens up and with alarm klaxons sounding, begins to surface and keeps rising, until the top cannot be see through the clouds.

3rd: ah yes, but what will they make of it? Its an enormous glass cylinder over 6 miles high with the bottom half mile filled with water. On top the cylinder is a suction device designed to bring smoke from the chamber of the burning "packages" up and into the atmosphere.

The Republic of Ozymandias IV shares concerns over this annexation of Moskoka.

Surely, whatever slight they might have inflicted upon The Macabees is not worth the total destruction of the Moskoka government.

We would like to see a peaceful resolution of this dispute between parties.

We would like to take the time to express the future of his government and nation.

Once the fighting is over we will impose a three year plan. Outlined in this plan is the resurrection of his nation as a potential sovereign power. We will use POW's captured during the war, as well as paid services, to re-construct any destroyed villages or cities.

As for the political overview, once the war is over, the current government will be disposed of. We will, in turn, replace it with a fully democratic government. All officials will be elected by an elite system of already existant party members, which cuncur with Macabean policies.

Our troops, 20,000 in total if things go well, will remain in his nation until his economy and government is back on track.

We will support The Maccabees in this conflict, if they wish us to help. However, it seems that they have all they need. if our support is needed, simply telegram us
